No Alerts for Watched Theeads

I haven't gotten alerts for any of my watched threads in days. I thought it odd that there weren't any new posts but then I checked one thread and there were tons. What happened? Help!!

The same thing is happening to me. I will sometimes get an email and sometimes I won't. I definitely don't get one for each new post that is made. It is frustrating because I have missed some dining reservations that have been let go.

I haven't been getting all of my emails either for the ADR cancellation thread. I've missed some reservation chances as well.

Fittingly, I had a watch on this thread and didn't get any alerts when you each responded. Do any of the moderators know why it is happening? Please help!

Emails (to your personal email address)? Or Alerts (that show on this board, in the upper right)? I believe you have to actually open the thread and read it, or you won't get new Alerts. And make sure you are logged in when you read the thread, otherwise it won't recognize that YOU read it. You might try using the "Mark Forums Read" button above to re-set that and see if it helps.

As for emails...make sure they aren't going to your spam folder. I know I've had emails end up there on occasion, even from people in my address book. Not sure why.

Those are my suggestions, hopefully something helps!

Hmmmm. I think maybe at least in some cases I hadn't opened the alert so perhaps that's it. In any event I seem to be getting more alerts lately.
