Kennel Help!

Hi everyone! I'm new to the boards and found previous threads regarding service dogs SOOO helpful and NOT nasty (like several other sites I've been on unfortunately).

I've brought my boy to Disneyland already, our first visit went on without a hitch and was perfectly MAGICAL (see photos below :)) I'll be taking him again this Sunday with several friends, my normal DISNEY crazy group of girlfriends and while I'm not too worried about the long day we're going to have, because of my boys breed he's got energy for DAYS, I am concerned about the rides I CANT take him on.

On our first visit it was just my boy and I, we stuck to all the rides in Fantasyland (minus Mr Toad) and ventured all over the park to take in the sites and meet characters, we also ventured to DCA and walked around, rode Monsters Inc and Little Mermaid and left around 8pm (after sharing a yummy bread bowl in New Orleans square).

The friends I'm going with on Sunday, are all for the kid rides and walking the park but we all love Tower Of Terror, Space, Thunder, etc, rides I KNOW my boy can't ride. As there's only three of us, rider swap isn't doable, and I can't put him in the Disneyland kennel due to my medical needs and needing him with me pretty much 24/7 (seizure alert/panic alert turning into seizures or fainting).

So my question for those more knowledgable than I is, what rides have the crates on site for us to kennel our dogs during a ride? I've looked everywhere online and can't find a thing about it.

Thanks guys!

Why don't you want to do rider swap? You only need one other person in your party in order to do rider swap, so you're plenty good to go having two others.

The rides that your dog is unable to go on will have a crate available, but some attractions share the kennel and it needs to be brought to the location and set up. So you should tell the first CM you see that you will be needing a kennel for the dog do that by the time you get through the line they will have the crate ready. You put him in the crate and a CM will stand by the crate to make sure no one bothers him while you are on the ride. When you return, you remove him from the crate. The only time we did this was on expedition Everest. I will never do it again. We always do rider swap.

This doesn't make any sense. What animals besides service animals would even be in WDW to use the kennels?

She was saying there are kennels at the rides where service dogs aren't allowed onto the ride itself.

BTMRR doesn't allow service dogs on the ride, so there's a kennel. Little Mermaid, the dog can go on the ride so no kennel (no idea if LM allows dogs. Just an example).

I think they are using the word kennel for a portable "crate" that "holds" the service animal for a short period of time, not a kennel where you would house an animal if you go out of town. The words are interchangeable and confuse me sometimes.
