Any one else having trouble not receiving the confirmation e-mail after making a reservation. Made a reservation last week and never received one. So I called member service and they said they would send it again. Never got it. Since changed password and got that e-mail. Made another reservation yesterday and still no confirmation e-mail.
 
I made a reservation on Monday and got the email the next day...about 20 hours later.
 
I haven't received emails either. I should be making printouts of confirmations just in case.
 


I either get them with 24 hours or never get them ~ even if I call and request them!

I'm not sure what causes this but it is very frustrating.
 


I always received confy email but made 2 reservations the past 2 weeks and never received emails. They said they would resend and also mail out but told me since i see it online i really don't need the email. I just hope i am not missing out on getting orher emails besides the confy emails they send.
 
I had the same problem, called and requested again . . Nothing. Checked all junk mail possible locations, nothing. Finally requested snail mail letter and received. We have Comcast, anyone else?
 
Those Incredibles packets are really not a confirmation letter (not to mention a giant waste of paper, but at least they aren't sending a box with a flash drive anymore).

The info typed in the packets doesn't give the usual details that a confirmation letter contains such as guest names, points cost, etc.

My confirmation letter that came snail mail when I requested it was a fairly typical confirmation letter. It wasn't a packet--but it is a VGC reservation. I have had this problem with some other e-mails as well from other companies. Sometimes I then give my alternative e-mail and they seem to come through there. I don't remember if I tried that with my DVC reservation, though.
 
I seem to never get a confirmation email anymore on the first try. I usually end up calling after three days and asking them to send it again; then I get it.

I would recommend calling to ask for a snail mail confirmation letter. That is the only way I received one.
 
I emailed MS to merge my reservation and they apologized in the response that no email confirmation had been sent prior and that it was brought to IT attention and should be corrected soon. That wasn't even my concern. Impressive.
