I am not able to see all the shows on my Disney Dream 4-day cruise and would love to know which were your favorite...and which were not.

Thanks!

My personal take is, if it's your first cruise, I suggest that you see all the shows. I don't leave it to others to decide for me which ones I like (or don't like).

That being said, on the Dream, I like the Golden Mickeys. Villains and Believe - not so much. But there are those who like Villains.

LOVE Believe!!! Golden Mickeys is ok. Really didn't like Villains. And I don't do the non-Disney "entertainers" - personal preference. If I was skipping one, I'd skip the non-Disney "entertainer".

I like Believe the most!

The others, Golden Mickeys and Villains are fine, but I've seen them enough that I could miss them.

I'm with Princess Shmoo, see them ALL! They all offer fun and great entertainment. I love Golden Mickeys, but I also enjoy Believe. It's not on the Dream, but I really loved Hercules and miss it!

I thought there was some great non-Disney entertainment on the 14 day cruise to Hawaii.

I think it depends on the family. My boys enjoyed Villains the most, me not so much! Another vote for see them all

Oh I love this feedback!!! I would love to see all of them I just have to take turns putting the LO to bed and we have early dinning.

They do run the Disney shows on the stateroom TV throughout the day that it's in the theatre. It's not going to be the same cast as it's one that's pre-recorded (at least on the Fantasy it wasn't for Believe because I saw the show in person, then put it on in my cabin later and the father and daughter were not ANY of the entertainment cast on board), but you can at least see the show.

Liked Golden Mickeys, Believe was OK, Left after 15 minutes of Villains (cheesy even for Disney, my kids didn't care for it either). You can watch the shows in your stateroom. But like PP said, it's a different cast. But could be something to watch while LO goes to sleep.

I'd agree, you've got to see them all. That being said, maybe just watch the Dream specific shows, so that when you cruise again, assuming you'll be on a different ship, you'll have different show options. They are all cheesy...they star a mouse don't they?

I loved them all the first time I saw them.....Believe is my favorite of all of them, Golden Mickey's just because it's such a classic, and I really didn't like Villians last time I saw it. In fact, we've been on 7 cruises and never missed a show...this next cruise we all agree we are missing Villians but we will still see the other two even though we've seen them many times!!!!!

Our family's favorite was Villains! Loved it, so funny! But, obviously, different strokes for different folks. For reference, my children were 8, 11, and 14 the first time that we saw the shows; and, 10,14,16 the past time. The opinions were the same. The least favorite of ours was Golden Mickeys. But, we've seen them all, and recommend them all.

We haven't seen Max Winfrey, but we did see Taylor Mason one time, and we loved him!

My kids (11, 9 and 9) - Villains is hands-down the favorite. We've seen it twice now and they were super excited to being seeing it again. I'd rank Villains first, Believe second and Golden Mickeys third. I've seen all of them at least twice.

Villains is supposed to be funnier and more entertaining. I think the Dream shows are scheduled well to serve their individual purposes: Golden Mickeys is a sort of overview of some Disney highlights to start the cruise, Villains is entertaining, and Believe is a reminder of the Disney spirit, so to speak - a nice way to end the cruise.

I almost always skip the non-Disney entertainment: as a PP said, you can watch all the shows in your room if you want to see what you missed.

Wish there was a way to tell what shows you would like by comparing it to the TV shows you watch. Ie. If you love Game of Thrones you'll love Villains Tonight etc..

When we were on the Fantasy we saw Wishes and we really didn't enjoy it much and then didn't bother seeing any other shows. I'm willing to give the shows a chance but wish I knew ahead of time which ones would appeal to us.

SING IT WITH ME NOW!
Villains tonight! Villains tonight! Villains to-ni-igh-ight.... VILLAINS TONIGHT!

we really liked VT! it isn't my most most favorite, but we liked it. It is on par with the golden mickeys to me, there are funny and cheesy and stupid and great things about it! we like them all and usually k\skip the non disney entertainment

I love them all, also love the other entertainment. If I had a least favorite (I liked it, didn't love it) it would be Toy Story. We've been on every ship, so I think I've seen them all.

There are shows? I guess I need to make an effort to make it to at least one. Apparently I'm usually too busy holding down a seat at Skyline...

Out of those on the list, we love "Golden Mickey" most.

Don't miss the shows. If I were to give ratings for a DCL cruise then shows will definitely earn an "Excellent" from me.
