Nanny/helpers options at Disney

I am going to a convention at the Swan and Dolphin next year and was planning to take my kids with me and stay some days afterwards as a vacation. The original idea was to have my parents with me to babysit my then 5 yo DS and 10 month DD.
Now I am thinking that it may be too much for my mom to be all day with the kids without any extra help.
I remember reading in this forum about a nanny service that offered mother's helpers that are also annual pass holders and can go to the park with you, but I cannot seem to find the post.
Any recommendations are appreciated, I think hiring some hours of extra help will be worth it/necessary for everyone to enjoy their vacation.

We've used Kids Nite Out a few times and were very pleased with their service. They are the official babysitting service of WDW - licensed, insured, etc. Disney has very high standards when affiliating with third party services. I personally wouldn't go with any other company.

I'll also toss out there that we use care.com when we travel and have been very pleased. The owner of the company I posted started out with them. Oddly, I am really looking forward to the day my son is old enough for the kids club - I think he will have a blast.

$14/hour plus a $10 travel fee. If you want in-park help, that is an extra $10/day. They require a credit card hold. There is a $50 cancellation fee for less than 3 days notice.
