Who do I complain to about the FP+ system

I recently visited and had a park hopper pass. I wanted to use two FP in one park (AK) and another in Epcot. I was told I had to use all three in one park.

This defeats the purpose of having a park hopper ticket. I should not be forced to use all three in one park. I want to complain. Who would I write to?

On a basic level I agree that only allowing you to book FP for one park is a definite flaw -- if they're going to have you book rides in advance, go all out and let people book any ride they like. Just makes sense.

On another level..."defeats the purpose of having a park hopper"? Not really.

I'm guessing part of the reason they may not allow FP in more than one park is that people could just in case book the headliners in all 4 parks if they wanted to just to be safe and then decide where to go last minute with no intention of using all of them. Meanwhile someone else misses out on the option of getting those FP. And I'm not all that technically savvy but it would seem the entire way the system was set up would have to be altered to allow the initial 3 to be split up between more than one park. I agree it would be a decent feature but I don't see it likely happening. At least not anytime soon.

I had a park hopper for my trip earlier this month, and I still used FP+ just fine. True you can't book them in more than one park, but nothing is stopping you from using all 3 in one park, hopping to another, and then making them on the spot via the kiosk.

I think Dis703 has figured out the why of it: People would book them, and then not use them. More so if they plan on hopping that if they plan on staying in one park.

I had a limited amount of time to be at the parks last month due to arriving in Port Canaveral by ship. I had a park hopper pass. I only wanted to use two FP in one park and another in the second park. This is a definitely fly and does make Park Hoppers a bit of a let down if I had to wait until the "third" which I never obtained..."expire".

They MUST fix this!

Just put it for the hour immediately after your last used FP and it'll expire before you even get to the second park.

I don't think it's the greatest set up, but there's no need to be dramatic.

I don't think you would need to wait for the third one to expire before getting a 3rd FP at a kiosk at a different park. Of course, that doesn't address your main problem of not being able to reserve FP at different parks on the same day. I'm sure lots of people dislike that policy, that's part of the reason we did not get the park hopper option on our first FP+ trip. Not to mention the FP+ tiers at HS/Epcot.

Feel free to email WDW, I have gotten replies (email and phone) before after I wrote detailed complaints about technical problems and limitations. I'm pretty sure my emails didn't include anything like "They MUST fix this!"
