Just wondering if anyone has a few recommendations for the cutest most comfortable shoe for Disneyworld? I prefer my shoes to look feminine. If I could I would wear heels but that's totally out of the question due to a broken toe. sigh.

jambu are very feminine yet rugged and so comfortable

I don't know if they fit your definition of cute, but I wear sketchers go walks. They come in all sorts of fun colors and are so comfy. I'm only 36, but have really bad arthritis in my feet, and these are literally the only shoes I wear. Very comfy for the long days at Disney.

I struggle with this as well. My feet have suffered from wearing heels at a young age so after half a day of non stop walking I start to hurt and have to sit down constantly. No offense to anyone but I would never wear Tevas or Crocs-they're just not my style. Last year when I went to Disney I was skeptical with the shoes I brought because they were comfortable walking a lot around the city but Disney World is a whole other ballgame. However after going to Disney I was surprised with how well my shoes held up.

I bought these cheap Kelly and Katie sandal/ flats from DSW for around $35 and they were comfy and cute. Granted towards the end of the night my feet were still killing me but I think it depends on how much you are going to walk. My boyfriend and I went from about 10am-1am. I think if you are walking from park opening to closing (especially EMH)at a certain point you're feet are going to hurt no matter what shoe you wear.

I would look a lot at DSW and see their comfort shoes. Read reviews and look for the comfort meter they have. They have a lot of options. I'm also considering getting these Anne Klein Sandals. They sort of have that comfort style sandal look but the all black look less sporty and a little more elegant. They also look super comfy.

I found a pair of surprisingly cute Tevas at Zappos not too long ago; I wanted something that would look nice for a CG dinner and then could hold up to the parks after. I wore them all day while prepping and hosting a cookout this past weekend and while my legs and back hurt (lifting a lot of ice, ha), my feet were in really good shape the next day. I am pleased.

Crocs have always been my "go-to" shoe when doing a lot of walking. I have planter fasciitis and the crocs make my feet feel so good after walking all day. I even have Croc heels for work, (http://www.amazon.com/crocs-14558-C...TF8&qid=1432750854&sr=8-1&keywords=croc+heels) and it actually makes my heel pain disappear mid day. I think it is the stretching of the tendon that the shoe does. I did purchase a pair of Brooks for our upcoming trip. I've heard great things about those but haven't had an opportunity to try them yet. I' leaving for Disney on Friday so I'll keep you posted!

I love Merrells, any type or style. I've never had an uncomfortable pair. I have walked as much in the dressier styles as I have in the athletic or hiking styles without issues. I also have had good luck with Rockport sandals.

I always wear crocs. Usually sandal ones. I find the closed ones like ballet flats get too sweaty if it's hot. They are easy to pack so I'll bring two different styles in case one starts rubbing anywhere.
I've worn the ones with a bit of a heel too, like the strappy sandals they sell in the parks and haven't had any problems.

i pretty much live in birkenstock gizeh.

birkenstocks mold/conform to your foot, making them 8-12 hour shoes for me. i find they transition well between beach/city, day/night, and often wear dresses or skirts with them too. they also come in a huge variety of colors.

Sketchers Go Walks with the Goga Mat material inside are my new favorite! http://www.skechers.com/style/13983/skechers-gowalk-3-insight/nvy I don't want my shoes to be ugly, but I'm definetly more concerned with comfort over anything else, especially for the amount of walking at Disney! I've never been a fan of the regular croc clogs, but have this pair of crocs that are also super comfortable! http://www.crocs.com/crocs-womens-w...cid=261&cgid=women-footwear-sneakers#start=17

I love the look of the crocs you posted! I didn't even know they made them in a canvas shoe. I thought they only made them in rubber! I may have to order me a pair! No rubbing on the heel?

Yes! The sole inside is the squishy "croc rubber" which makes them really comfortable! Plus I love that the inside sole comes out so makes it easy to rinse off, especially when you get sand in your shoes!! I didn't have any rubbing...my mom also has a pair and hers rubbed a little bit until she broke them in and then was fine...they do stretch and get more comfortable when broken in!!

I've mostly worn sneakers on past trips to Disneyland. After raves from friends, including one who just vacationed at WDW with her family, I'm thinking of trying the Skechers Go Walks that were mentioned earlier in the thread.

I just picked up a pair of Reef Women's Twisted Star Cushion Flip Flops from Amazon for the exact same reason you're posting about. I wanted flip flops but wanted them to look girlie. You can't beat the prices on Amazon. In a sporting goods store near me they were about $9 more.

Sketchers Go Walk -definitely. I have a really cute pair in a ballet flat style with lace look on the outside. Very cute and girly, but super comfy.
