Questions for first time DVC members

Asking for someone else. Do they get discounts on park hoppers and if so where do they get them,also what abou stroller rentals and also about using the Magica Express? They have been to WDW before but not as DVC members.Also is there a certain number or site they need to use for the questions above? On the Magical Express,how do the get their tags?Thanks

Members (currently) only get a savings on Annual Passes, not MYW tickets.

All Disney Resort Reservations (which includes DVC Reservations) are eligible for DME. Members must add DME through DVC (by phone or web form on member website).

Currently DVC members don't get discounts on park hopper tickets. There is a special DVC Member price for APs but that's the only ticket-related discount at this time. No discounts on stroller rentals either; to find a good stroller rental company (if they need a stroller outside the parks), check the Disney for Families board here on the DIS. Finally, for Magical Express, they need to make reservations either online via DVC Member site (there's a link in the left column on the page showing their DVC Resort reservation) or by calling Member Services. Their tags will be sent to them at some point prior to their arrival date (can't remember how close to it!).

All these questions and if they have additional questions can be answered by calling DVC Member Services or even just reading the DVC website. It sounds like maybe the folks you're helping might not use the internet? Seems a little bit odd for DVC Members to not know how to find out this info, heh.
