Did you try the Undercover tourist website? You have to buy a ticket from them but they have some starting at $11. They have some good mini van rates for when I checked my dates. Didn't help much for a car or small SUV though. Might be worth a try if you are looking for a mini van. I dropped your dates in. Mini van was $431 (noon-noon). More info on Mousesavers:

Need a three week car rental from MCO and returning to MCO, mid-size car for late June to mid July. I currently reserved a three week and one day mid-sized suv for $678.99, is that a good rate?

Worked for me too. Saved $25 on a one day rental from Port Canaveral to MCO.
 
Need MCO to MCO, July 15th (10:00PM) to July July 25th (6:00AM). Best I found was $496.82 using the above Undercover tourist site. Alamo insider with VROOM is over 700$.
Any better deals you guys can suggest?
 
Are you particular about the company, the type of car? Carrentalsavers is showing a premium from Dollar and Thrifty at $394.55.

I just used these and got a full size for July 1 - July 6 for $195.35. I would like it cheaper but it right were I had budgeted.

Compared to all of the other prices coming up lately, that is a great deal.

Rented a full size and was given a Dodge Charger (was awesome).. Then we dropped off at the Airport (super easy, just pull up, disembark and a staff member scans, prints a receipt on the spot and you're on your way).

July 1~8 Alamo using 2338FDF and Costco code minivan for 216.91 back in March. I haven't seen anything lower lately.

I bought 1 VIP ticket for Planet Hollywood from Undercover Tourist and was able to rent a minivan for 8 days and paid $370.80 for both the ticket ($10.00) and the mini van (360.80). This was in April. The prices elsewhere were crazy- like 1200.00 or 750.00 with a discount code. The rental company was Alamo located at the airport.
