2015 DVC Alaska Member Cruise 5/25-5/31/15

WE'RE HERE!!!!! Left this morning at 6:00am from Birmingham with way too much luggage... still packing at 4:30 when we left for the airport! We are staying at Hyatt. It is rainy and warmer than I expected. Probably eat dinner then call it a day and get up early to see Vancouver. Will try to get to Pan Pacific tomorrow, if not, will see everyone on Monday!
 




My sister's review of the Alaska cruise she completed yesterday... Beautiful, sunnier and warmer than NY. The views!!!!
 
My cousin Ann Marie and daughter Melissa are so ready to board. Have a wonderful DVC Member cruise! Wish I could be there, but we are going in August!
 
We spent a great night at the Pan Pacific, I only wish we could have seen the Wonder coming in from our window! But we went down to the lobby and watched her arrival. We've already sent our bags down with Bell Services to go right on the ship. Closing up the laptop now & going down to board.

I'm so envious - would love to be on the member cruise to Alaska right now!!!!

For those of us who are cruising later this summer, any information about dining rotations (and posted of navigators) would be much appreciated! :thanks:
 
Our dining rotation was Tritons, Animators, Parrot Cay, TAPT again. 8:15 seating. Embarkation day lunch was at Parrot Cay. Character breakfast was Wednesday AM. Yesterday was the preview of Pixar's Lava and Inside Out. Both excellent! Gifts are even better than 2013 so far! Pictures when we get home.
 
For any1 wjho ordered buttons/magnets & haven't received them-we are in cabin 2639. Leave me a note & I'll deliver them
 
We made it home but our luggage decided to take another day in Denver. I did make it home with my DVC Clue games, pins and totem poles we had to put in the nicely provided DVC tote bags. Thank goodness for those! May not have gotten it all home otherwise.

All that to say...what a fantastic trip! Even without the DVC goodies, this was possibly the best vacation ever! Stunning views and great entertainment the whole way. Just WOW!

I hope you all enjoyed the cruise, it certainly was a vacation we will always remember. Alaska was amazing, meeting so many DVC'ers was totally fun, and a big shout out to DCL and DVC for putting on a fabulous cruise with such amazing entertainment and gifts!
 
I also would like to thank everyone in the Fish Extenders group A. Doing the Fish extender was a first for me and I can't thank everyone enough for their thoughtful gifts. What a wonderful cruise and how about that weather, WOW! It was also my first Members Only Cruise, but won't be my last. Thanks again.

You guys beat me to this....the Adult FE group A was so incredible creative, thoughtful, and generous. I loved walking the ship, and found a "path" to deliver my gifts multiple times. It also helped walk some of the yummy desserts off! :). I loved the giving I did in the FE, and loved the wonderful gifts we got. DVC has nothing on our group! THANK YOU ALL for your generosity and kindness. Gifts to use and use again and remember and remember again, from an incredible trip!
