Water Park Recommendation Based on Kid Height

I currently have 5 year old twins (turning 6 the week before we go) and a 4 year old. One twin is currently pushing 48" and should be over 48" by the time we go. His twin sister and younger brother will most likely be shorter than 48".

From what I have read, my taller son would be prevented from playing with this shorter siblings in Tike's Peak and Ketchakiddee Creek. I'm also not sure any of them are ready the Ski Patrol area with the 8' deep water (they are in swimming lessons but not sure they will be confident enough for that depth).

Is there any way all 3 of them would be able to enjoy themselves and play together somewhere in one of the two water parks? If it was your family and could only do one of the two water parks, which would it be and why? Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Blizzard Beach for the under 48" crowd. Much better family raft ride, and numerous other things they can do.

The best rides at TL aren't appropriate for little ones. They wouldn't even be allowed on Crushin Gusher, which is a terrific ride.

Thanks for the response. I was starting to think that was the better of the two for the younger ones. But, is there much they will be able to do all together?

I believe the kiddie areas in both parks say they are for 48" & under, so if he's barely 48" he should still be allowed in.

The water parks and resort pools all have foam life jackets that you can use free of charge if your kids are not strong swimmers.

There are tube & mat slides they can do, and the family raft ride is excellent.
