Where In The World #18. We're an Adult. We're Legal, well for most everything.

Entrance area or exit area? Is it on the ground or ceiling?

This is on the ground at the entrance area. :tink:

That's a lot of rain. Our pool isn't open yet. It's been cold here. Nights have been in the 30's and 40's today was high in the 50's. Next week is supposed to be much warmer but nights still a bit chilly.

Not open yet. Is it even thawed out yet??? :lmao::rotfl2: you have had a crazy winter and spring.

It's been warm enough...when the sun shines :rotfl2:; it's just few & far between that we've seen those warming rays. And...the rain always makes the water SO cold. We'll have a race this year to see who gets in first! :rotfl: I was planning on giving it a try tomorrow but from the looks of things...that's out of the question! I don't EVER remember it being almost June 1st and we haven't been in the pool! :tink:

That is surprising Goopy. Usually you are not far behind me. Last time I looked at my water temp it was 89.

Wow Goopy. We are all watching the weather channel. Karen is kinda doing a layout play by play of the area.

Crazy, isn't it? We got lucky here last night. The storm that gave us a tornado warning stayed to the east and rained and rained and rained. We only had about an inch starting at 5 AM...little wind but nothing bad. Areas to our east caught hell; unbelievable but the Blanco River rose 28 FEET in 2 HOURS! :scared: Now THAT'S scary! Hope Karen & family are dry!

Did your brother & nephew survive the "24 hour marathon"? :tink:

I KNOW! DGD's are going nuts! We've stayed in the high 80's most days which is warm enough but not when it's cloudy and then the rains come. I don't have a pool thermometer but I'd guess our water isn't much above 70. I'm as bad as DGD...I think pool exercise would help my bad tremendously. This "situation" is driving me up the wall! :tink:

They didn't complete the 24 hour challenge.

Karen is not in Austin. She is here. It was amazing how fast the rivers overflowed.

Boy! You have the worst weather! :faint: I saw some of your stuff on Facebook! I agree with Ed, it's amazing how fast a river can fill up and flood!

Sorry your brother didn't make it for the full 24 hours. How long did he make it? I heard the Disneyland one was packed. Shoulder to shoulder. :faint:

:yay: I stole the "worst weather title" from Diane! :yay: It's all part of the "natural cycle"...wasn't that many years ago we were facing those awful, scary forest fires from the drought! Lakes are FINALLY filling up again and we thank God for that. Hopefully there won't be "water rationing" :rotfl: this summer in our major cities. Feel so bad for the people in the flooded area though :sad2:...that's dangerous when the rivers come up so fast! This weather is what California needs now too!

Glad Karen is in Florida..."high and dry". Hope all at home is okay. I give your brother credit for giving it a try! :thumbsup2 I just can't imagine going 24 hours straight at the MK! :faint: In my "younger years"~maybe :goodvibes but no chance now! :rotfl: :tink:

I'm not clear on what you are looking for. It's the walkway/ground outside of the CoP. Is it on something or just on the ground?

Yes, it's a "something" and I'm looking for the identity of that "something". You walk past it to get in the queue for Carousel of Progress. Look closely at the positioning of the Mickey heads...maybe that will ring a bell. Another clue is in the top left of the crop. :goodvibes :tink:

Have to get to a computer. All I see is a dark sliver of a fingernail.
