How many of us here are DIS unplugged exclusive listeners?

I mainly watch The Dis shows on youtube. i have listened to a few of the Disneyland podcast. I need to listen to more of them I do like them. I watch Fresh Baked Disney. I love that channel. Oh I also like Random Land.

From time to time I will listen to Len Testa and Jim Hill's Disney Dish podcast if the topic is to my liking, but I am pretty much hardcore DIS Unplugged. I will even do repeat listening of shows because some are hysterical.

I started out listening to the DIS near the beginning in 2006, when I went down to do the CareerStart internship. I wanted to relate to others that shared my passion. So I was listening to a few others at that time.

Over the years some podcasts have faded out and others I stopped listening too, until now. I really only listen to this one because I enjoy the entire panel that is on the show.

Also like some other people have said, the shows make me laugh, and I will go back and listen to pasts shows time and time again. LOL (sad little crab cake)

The original Coral Reef Restaurant review date is 08/08/2006. Then came the re-review in 04/2009 Then they did a re-re-review on 06/18/13.

You should be able to find the original review on iTunes, under those dates, or check the podcast 2006 archives.

I had no idea there were so many other podcasts out there. I have never really had much of a chance to listen to anything either up until last October when I started listening to the DIS podcasts. I listen/watch all of Orlando ones religiously, I love the way the team works together and when they get outta hand Pete reels them back in...comical to say the least. They sure brighten up my days for sure. When I need to work late, I also play older ones in the background instead of listening to the local radio, they have a great deal of good info about rides, dining etc.

Aside from the podcasts I listen to Sorceror Radio for the music, or recently I found MouseWorld Radio for music, also both good as background music when I am working late or cleaning the house or whatever.

Not sure I would switch podcasts, I am pretty much in love with the DIS Team.

I refuse to stray from The DIS.... I have never met these people(until Newton in Sep!!!!)but their podcast has been in my home for over 4 years now and I adore them

I listen to a lot of podcasts on my drive to/from work each day. The DIS is the only Disney-related podcast I've ever stuck to, the others never quite 'snagged' my attention.

Starting about 4-5 years ago in preparation for our family's first big vacation, my wife started listening to The DIS. Sometimes we'd listen to it together, but mostly she'd just report to me. We've now taken a few Disney trips and 'ramped up' our listening prior to each one. Last summer (before our most recent trip) I started listening on my 1-hour commute into/out of work from Maine to Massachusetts.

In September, I got a job offer in the Orlando area and we decided to move - I started listening religiously to the DIS, psyching myself up for moving to the area. Since moving, I've listened each week and have grown to love the team and their chemistry more and more. Now it's an integral part of my weekly commuting schedule.

We usually only listen to Dis but sometimes listen to other things that come up... but we even prefer Dis over regular TV. Most nights it's like "Is there a Dis? No? I guess we will watch Big Bang Theory then!"

This! I love when there is a whole heap of shows like during 7in7 because it becomes a marathon of Dis Shows!

We only listen to the DIS shows. I have tried others but find myself infuriated by incessant fanboyism and unobjective discussion. I really appreciate the honesty that the DIS team have in the shows and it just makes me respect their opinions that much more. Im certainly more inclined to take those opinions on board as a result.

I only listen the Dis (and related shows Universal, The Trip, Disneyland) regularly. I sometimes listen to WDW Today. I don't like it as well as the Dis, but it is good. I usually only turn to that one when I am out of Dis shows. I listen during my commute.

Disney Dish is very entertaining, especially if you're into Disney park history.

Window to the Magic is unique in that it's primarily just sounds recorded in the parks. I've saved a couple that have the Main Street and Buena Vista Street music loops and listen to those at work fairly often.

I only listen to the Dis. It's a great group and they know how to do a podcast. I've listened to ones in the past where it sounds like they are at the bottom of the ocean or its just boring. I also listen to the Disneyland edition just because we spent so much time there before moving to Texas.

I listen to several, including The DIS Unplugged, WDW Today, WDW News Today, Unofficial Guide's Disney Dish (Jim Hill: "Welllllll,..."), and Netcot, when Van gets around to recording a new episode.

I have listened to WDW Radio and Inside the Magic, and both are informative and well produced, but sometimes they seem to lack the warmth? camaraderie? the give and take and different perspectives of the hosts of the other podcasts. Not sure if that accurately describes what I mean.

I think it is tough to compare podcasts, as each has a unique appeal and viewpoint and reflect the interests/personality of its host(s).

Mostly just the DIS, it's by far my favorite Disney podcast and tied for the top spot of all podcasts but I did listen to WDW Today when I ran out of The Dis. This past September I went back to work full time and I am SO behind, like months and months behind now, so no WDW Today, and barely any Dis. My commute is literally 2 minutes, so no time to listen there.
Just random longer driving trips, but that's not often.

Besides Disney podcasts, I listen to:
Stuff You Should Know (LOVE this)
Wait, Wait Don't Tell Me
Stuff You Missed in History Class (hate the current hosts voices though which makes me listen less)
The History Chicks
Ben Franklin's World
and I loved Serial(and the podcast Undisclosed that followed it), looking forward to the next season of that.
