I know Trader Sam's doesn't open until 4 and is 21+ after 8 pm. Do the same hours and rules apply to the Tiki Terrace patio area?

Anyone know? I'm going to have a just shy of 21-year-old with me and would like to know what our options are if we head over to the Poly. It's not like a 20.9 year old would kill the "adult vibe", but I'm assuming they might card even without alcohol purchase and I'm not looking to break/bend rules.
