DVC Website

I have two different membership numbers so I tried another one that I have not used in a few weeks and it went thru.

I would guess that the error is something to do with cache and cookies and needs to be cleared out.

Of course, I consider this a FAULT of Disney as no other website has this problem.
 
site is just bloody slow. I think there is an error on the sign-in page where it's trying to download a javascript file but is getting a 403: forbidden error. That's web page geek talk for those who know what I'm talking about. For the rest of you, i think it times out trying to download that file which adds a large amount of time to the sign-in process. And probably other pages inside.
 
I have issues when I try to log in after clicking the green button "Sign In" it just hang and does not respond.

I have tried Firefox and Google chrome and they both fail to login.
I find that it finally does log me in after a minute and a half. There is nothing happening during that 90 seconds, but after that I see that it's going through the process (I see messages displayed in the lower left corner of the browser window) and then I'm good to go. If you decide to try again, wait a full 90 seconds before giving up. I'm curious if, like me, you are able to get in if you wait long enough.

That happens to me, too. I found (by accident) that if I wait long enough, it eventually logs me in. I think it's when the servers are busy. Doesn't happen early in the morning (before 6 am Eastern), but does happen after that. May also be due to the crush of people trying all at once for dining reservations, DVC reservations, free dining packages, and etc.
 
I am experiencing a NEW problem today.

I booked a new reservation yesterday and still have not gotten the email confirmation from Disney. This usually takes 1-3 hours and so far it has been about 20 hours and nothing. I called Member services this morning and asked to send me a duplicate email and again, no email was received. So I called this afternoon and they said ht servers are slow and taking 24 hours to process.

Seriously, it is time for Disney to outsource this website to Google or Amazon.
 
It isn't just the DVC Website, it is all Disney websites running slow today MyDisneyExperience is having issues,too. Like a huge amount of traffic because of the holiday weekend.
