Any tips? ADR 180+10 not working

Our 180 days out for booking was Saturday morning and I am unable to book online past the 180 day mark.

I am staying onsite and my reservation is linked to my MDE account. Any tips on how I can book my reservations online for the rest of my vacation? We are booked October 29th to November 9th, so I still have a few days that I could book for using the 10+ feature.

I did call Saturday morning and make the most important reservations, but would like to play around with some other ones we were thinking about doing without having to be on the phone.

Any tips on how to do this would be greatly appreciated.

Make sure you're actually logged in. Even if it says your name at the top of the page, go to view your account and it will prompt you to sign in. Then go to the dining reservation page and see if that helps.

Thanks greentea, I have tried that and still a no go. I have tried different browsers and my phone and haven't had any luck. Thought maybe their was a magic trick to it.

You'll have to call in. My 180 +10 wasn't working for our Aug trip. It opened one day at a time. This has been happening to many people & Disney cannot seem to fix it.

The website sure seems to have a lot of problems with the 180+10. My window opens next Thursday so I'm hoping for a little pixie dust that it's working!! Were you able to get your important ones when you called? I'm afraid they'll all be gone by the time I call!!

I could only get my +10 to work in the app, doesnt work when logged into the website (tried two different browsers)

So frustrating! Planning your ADRs is stressful enough without having to worry about a malfunctioning website! I'd heard so many people say the app doesn't work well for ADRs that I wasn't even going to try using it. Good to know it does work for some!!

I was able to get everything I wanted calling in at 7 am. The only thing I really wanted was the Chefs table at Victoria and Alberts that I couldn't get, but that isn't very main stream. I was able to get two lunch reservations at Be our Guest, so that was good. Good luck hope it works better for you.

You need to call my 180 opened on Monday and it would only let me book up to 180+4 which is weird cause my first part of a split stay is 6 nights. I called Disney IT tech support and the official answer is that "they have not been able to isolate the problem." What that means is that it doesn't happen to everyone, they know its an issue and they do not know how to fix it

My naive question is. ......do you book on the disney site for ADR'S or can you do it from MDE? Also. ..can you call disney at 1am for help if necessary ...?trying to get my business in order before next week!

i agree the 180+10 adr's are a real problem. Depending on what device I am able to book different dates. Depending if I am on the app or the website it lets you do different things. On my iPad it is different then what I can do on my laptop. It is crazy. It was also annoying that at 180 days it seemed like a lot of restaurants were not loaded in the system including California grill which i wanted to book for my daughters 16th birthday. A day later it was loaded but the only reservations were at 5:00 or 9:00. I really wanted to be able to watch wishes from there....but I took the 5:00 and we will probably go watch wishes from the lounge at Bay Lake Towers. I just wish that IT would get their acts together.

Not only does the window not open up for any day but our first day, but on the exact 180th day (first day of trip) I asked for reservations for 6 people for dinner ANYWHERE and the system told me that NOTHING was available. I find that really difficult to believe. So clearly this system is messed up. This was the result both on the website and the app. I'm angry that I waited up till midnight after spending ALL DAY meeting with our friends and trying to figure out and make a plan for dining for our party of 6, and now I can't do a damn thing. So what is the rule - CAN you make reservations for 180 plus your stay or not? Because right now neither app nor website is showing me that I have that option (or even finding one meal at any time during our first day there).

I notice you said you waited up till midnight? I'm not sure where you live, but ADRs don't open up till 6am EST online on your 180 day. Then the rest of your +10 should open up as well. Good luck!
