Fastpasses are done!

So I was one of those crazy people who got up at 5am ready for my 60 day hooking window opening. I was so tired and majorly grumpy when I woke up. But now that we have our fastpasses secured it was definitely worth it!

We planned well in advance and got all the fastpasses we want, on the days we want and at pretty much the times we wanted.

I managed to get Anna and Elsa, 7DMT and toy story mania. Plus all of our fastpasses end no later than 3 so we have the rest of the day unplanned doing whatever we want when we want. Best of both worlds in my opinion :)

Fantastic, pleased you've got everything you wanted :). I've got to wait until 5th July.

I'm sure the time will fly in. Feels like no time at all since we booked ours and that was last November! Now almost everything is done and it feels so close

Well done! No mean feat! I'm due to do mine tomorrow only thing is I'm working and not at home tomorrow night. Why couldn't it have been over the weekend or when I was off for the holiday Monday? It would have been if I wasn't doing Universal first but DH insisted we do Universal first to get it out the way so we can get to Disney!

You sound very organised!! We fly out on 2 August. When should I log into book fastpasses? What time of the day? Don't even have park tickets linked to account so trying to sort that first!

Luckily I was off work so I got up at 5am to do the fastpasses then went back to sleep for a couple of hours! Lol

Are you staying onsite? If so you can make your fastpasses from 60 days in advance, and if want hard to get ones like anna and elsa it's advisable to book at that 60 day mark. If not you can book from 30 days in advance. Once you have your tickets linked your booking window will automatically open up. The window opens and midnight florida time so 5am over here. However if magic kingdom is open until 1am on the night your booking window opens the fastpass booking won't be available until 1am florida time so 6am here. Very early start! Lol

Tomorrow is my FP+ booking day - 60 days out. Just checked & MK is open to 11pm tonight(latest park open) does that mean that my FP+ are bookable from 4am?

No it will still be 5am, it's never earlier than that from what I've been reading. just gets put back if MK open passed midnight. keeping a close eye on mine in case they change opening hours with it being 4th July.

Thanks. Got them all booked this morning, it was more straightforward than l was expecting, changed the times to fit in with our ADRs & other plans.

Sorry, didn't click that my reply was too late, glad you got everything booked you wanted, helping to ease my nerves

No worries. :goodvibes

I booked them using the app, no problems, beforehand l thought it might play up & be glitchy like when l made our ADRs. My tickets linked ok, it was strange as somehow l didn't expect it to be so easy to do - simply select the 3 rides/attractions you want then amend the times.

Thanks that makes sense. One thing that I wanted to check is that MDE doesn't currently show me having any park tickets. We booked a VH package staying onsite with tickets. Am I correct in reading the above that they will just appear on day 60?? Thanks

I booked direct with Disney.
I'm not sure how it works with booking with VH.
Is your resort reservation shown? You could give VH a call.
For Disney UK the freephone no. from a landline is 0800 169 0730 bookings,
0800 169 0749 internet/MDE technical helpline.
When l booked with Disney UK l had a 6 no. UK ref no, but this wasn't recognised by MDE, l phoned the Disney bookings no. above & they gave me an 8 character ref no. (3 letters & 5 no.), this was my US ref no. & when l logged in using that my resort res. & ultimate tickets were showing, but l wasn't able to see anything about FP+ until my 60 day window.
