Is there a list of restaurants that have a pre fix menu for dinner?

I don't know if there's a list, but Chefs de France has a prix fixe menu https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/dining/epcot/chefs-de-france/menus/dinner/

I'm curious as well if there's any others.

San Angel has one for lunch and Monsieur Paul for dinner.

The only ones I know of are Chefs de France, Monsieur Paul and San Angel Inn.

San Angel Inn still lists one at dinner as well as lunch on the WDW website...has it been discontinued?

I just explored a bit and Victoria and Alberts has one as well https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/dining/grand-floridian-resort-and-spa/victoria-and-alberts/menus/
and let me just add ohhhh my gosh, I hope I can get a reservation there!

Oh, maybe they do have one for dinner. I was specifically looking for it on the menus at allears earlier today and I didn't see it listed for dinner. I should have checked the Disney site too, but they never list the price.

Oh yes they do!! And it's wonderful!!!

Yes, We're hoping for a reservation in November!!

Had very good meal at Chefs de France last August (lunch). Maybe the best Lobster Bisque I've ever had. Going to San Angel in November for the first time and their prix fixe menu also looks pretty good also.

Also the Feasts at Restaurant Marrakesh (has an upcharge on the DDP) and Nine Dragons at dinner.
