Is Cheaptickets freee cancellation policy reliable?

I'm about to use them for the first time and I'd like some reassurance... Thanks.

I rebooked (booked a new ressie at a better rate thencancelled what I had ) twice for the trip I just took. Refund showed up very quickly. I'd definitely use again. It was the first time I used Cheaptickets.

I too cancelled and got my money back quickly. Then rebooked for a cheaper discount.

I recently cancelled with them because an AP rate became available directly with Universal and my money was returned within 24 hours. I was shocked how quickly I got it back.

Same experience here. Have cancelled a re booked with a better discount 3 times so far and money is back on the card very quickly, no issues at all!

What was the procedure like for cancelling? Was it online? Did you call the hotel directly or cheaptickets?

I did it online through Cheaptickets.

Cancelled online through my cheaptickets account, got the money back on my card the next day and rebooked with the higher discount. It was super easy!

I booked on Thursday, cancelled on Friday and rebooked on Friday. I did it all on-line and the money was back on my credit card by Monday. The only thing that was a bit 'off' was the rate of exchange (I'm in Canada) was different for the Fridays transaction. The refund was not at such a good rate so I ended up losing about $50. Still I saved $150 on the booking so all is good!
