Confused about Poly construction status

What is still left to do at Poly? I am finding it difficult to get a comprehensive update on what is left to do and when it will be done.

I know the east quiet pool area will be re-done but what else is left? Have all the actual buildings and studios been completed?

They are still working on Tokelau (the third DVC building) it is supposed to open this summer and the Bbq area
Some guests have been posting pics of areas ripped up as they are redoing walkways around the resort
As far as the east pool goes the rumor was that it is being totally ripped out and redone completely (not just a remodel) including a new pool bar and grill being added-not sure if that is still the case since tikiman no longer posts unofficial information but it seems the east pool will be a major project. You can check out tikiman's face book page-he still posts pics sent to him by current guests just no longer speculates on what he thinks is happening or has heard from his sources

I really didn't find it bothersome. Is it there yes, but I think Disney does a job containing it. Its typical walls and noise, just like when your in the parks. My time is spent in the room (sleeping and getting ready), main pool (relaxing and playing), and the Great Cerimonial House (shopping, eating, etc.); the contruction areas you just keep walking. I can understand when it was the main pool, but now that its done its more out of the way. Of course when we go back in June (just did 4 days end of April) we are DVC lake view. The construction of Tokelau and the BBQ area will be done so even garden views DVC will be safe.

I wanted to shead a tear when they were chopping up a palm tree though. That and the sidewalk cleaning was the most noise I heard the 4 days there. I heard NOTHING while relaxing by the main pool.

The grill area between Moorea and Pago Pago is completed. No more fencing around it! I saw this last week.
