It's going pretty well so far

I mentioned to my chef a few weeks ago that I was interested in staying full time after and he said there are usually positions open.

Did I remember correctly....you're at the place where the Brown Derby is? Where does that kitchen put food out to?

Yes, the production bakery is right behind Starring Rolls and Brown Derby. We produce the desserts for the entire park.

Just DHS? Do they make birthday cakes and that kind of stuff for the resorts as well?

Just DHS. Each of the parks has a production bakery, and a few of the resorts have bakeries as well. We do cakes, but I believe just for people picking up at DHS.
