It's going pretty well so far I mentioned to my chef a few weeks ago that I was interested in staying full time after and he said there are usually positions open.

Did I remember correctly....you're at the place where the Brown Derby is? Where does that kitchen put food out to?
Just DHS? Do they make birthday cakes and that kind of stuff for the resorts as well?
