"Smile like you're massaging my feet!" A Nov '14 TR! *Updated 6/17 & 6/18- NEW TR LINK POSTED*

Ooh I love your Tangled top! Someday I hope to see the snow at MVMCP, it looks so magical.

Thank you! The snow is so awesome, and definitely a reason to make a visit around the holidays!

The ONLY time I like snow is on Main Street USA or at the Studios during the Osborne Lights.

Beautiful pictures at the MK that evening.

I adore your picture with Bert, Mary Poppins and the penguin.

And such a cute picture of the three of you with Santa Clau.

I agree, it's the only kind of snow I don't dread!!

Thank you, I'm glad you like the pictures! :)

Day 6 - Mickey's Once Upon a Christmastime Parade!

It was about 10:05 so we decided to grab a spot for the 10:30 parade. Main Street looked a little crowded so we find some front row curb in Town Square across from the Confectionary.

I knew it would be awhile before the parade got here, so I went and got us some water and cotton candy to snack on :)

I have to say this wasn't my favorite spot to see the parade. It was pretty dark and the lighting was terrible, so not the best for pictures. But, the snow still hit this area so we didn't miss out on that!

And here are some of Mom's parade pics, she managed to get some better shots!

**

Up next...We finish up MVMCP!

That is definitely the downside of these night time parades. They can be pretty dark. That said, I think your photos came out really well. :goodvibes

Such a lovely parade, especially the Toy Soldiers. :lovestruc

Thanks, Rob! It is such a nice parade, and I agree the toy soldiers are awesome! :)

Love your parents Mickey and Donald shirts and how they got the front and back pictures. I like your tank too of course, because I also have it.

That Olaf magic shot is awesome! I like the pose you all did.

Awe, Suzy and Perla are adorable. Too bad you weren't able to meet them, but at least you were able to get a quick pic.

Sebastian, he's so cool! I'm in love with magic shots.

Great 7 dwarf pic! Lucky you were so close to the front of the line!

Minnie looks so festive, very cute!

Wow, Daisy, Donald and Scrooge?! How amazing!

Hearing you describe walking out of Emporium to snow falling and the parade going sounds so perfect!

Your Wishes pics are gorgeous!

Score for a short wait for Santa! Cute pic!

Looks like such a fabulous parade!

Yeah, we must have crossed paths at some point between Day 1 (Epcot),2 (MK) and 6 (MVMCP). I was at the same parks with my twin boys the same days, and it looks like we were in the same areas around the same times. Funny!

I'm sorry it wasn't the best spot for parade pictures. but it looks like you had a nice view right on the curb!

Mickey and Minnie are cute in their Christmas outfits. And I like the variety of characters at the parade!

Thanks for all your comments :goodvibes

The magic shots are so cute, I hope you get a lot on your trip!

Walking out of the Emporium during the party was such a special moment! And the parade is such a fun one!

That's so funny not only to be there on the same times but in the same areas!

You're right, it was still a great spot to watch from! The parade was so cute and definitely showcased a bunch of different characters (and in fun costumes too)!

All caught up! I was only two or three updates behind. And yes, I should be working right now as my desk is piled up but I just don't feel like it today. :P

Love your Alex and Ani bracelet, I have the same one but in the gold color.

Aw, that's too bad about your Dad's ticket but we all make mistakes once in a while.

Very cute PP pictures before the party!

OMG Suzy and Perla! I would love to meet them someday. We saw them briefly at the MNSSHP in 2013 but for some reason they weren't meeting. They just brought them out to wave good night to the crowd for a few minutes. :confused3

You did the same thing I did by riding PP then getting in line for the 7 Dwarves. One disadvantage of a solo trip though, I couldn't run and get food. I wasn't hungry right at 5:15 when I got in line but I probably could have eaten something closer to 6 pm.

Cute pictures with Minnie and the Ducks!

Awww, look at the snow on Main Street. And all the parade photos. I missed both of those things thanks to the rain. :sad1:

Haha I always use the DIS when I need a distraction!

The Alex and Ani bracelets are a dangerous habit, I always want more!

I really wish Suzy and Perla would do regular meets!

I'm really so sorry you didn't get to experience the snow and parade. Like I said, just an excuse for another trip!! :)

Day 6 - Finishing up MVMCP

After the parade we headed to Fantasyland to check out the wait time for Princess Fairytale Hall. 60 minutes, not exactly what I was hoping for so late in the evening. So we turned back around and ended up seeing the Tweedles out! We got in line about 2 groups before the line was cut. Not exactly Suzy and Perla but still great to encounter an unexpected and less common meet! These guys were NAUGHTY! While one Tweedle did the "there's something on your shirt" trick, the other made me raise my hand and when I did he tickled my under arm!

This picture looks like Dad and Dee/Dum are being silly together!

We headed back towards the castle and caught the end of Celebrate the Season. I really wish we were able to see this show in its entirety because I really loved what I saw!

I LOVED these teddy bears so much, they were in the parade too!

At this point we headed back to Cosmic Rays and got some more cookies/drinks. There was only about 10 minutes of party time left so we had to decide what we wanted to do. I wanted to check PFH one last time in hopes they were still letting people in line. I knew my parents didn't want to hustle over there so they decided to take a spin on the PeopleMover and told me to text them if I ended up getting in line. Sadly I got there and the line was closed- drats! I had a few minutes so I went to check out Sandy Claws but his line was closed too, which wasn't surprising. So with about 2 minutes left I did the only thing I could think of, head into Cosmic Rays for one last cookie and juice! I walked over to the PeopleMover and waited for my parents to get off.

It was so funny watching everyone get off, knowing they were the last people on the ride!

We headed back towards Main Street. It was still snowing and we got some final PP pics, which are some of my faves!

And some last pics of the park before we said goodbye for the night!

Up next...our last day in Magic Kingdom :(

Bummer that the Princess line was so long but bonus for meeting the Tweedles!

That show looks really cute, I will definitely have to catch it next time I go to the party. I've read that Pluto pays a big part so I need to see it!

Cute PP pictures on the way out.

Bummer for last day at MK but I just noticed your ticker says 6 days!

What a fun meet with the Tweedles! I didn't know they met at MVMCP! We were just watching Alice in Wonderland the other day and the boys love them.

Celebrate the season looks like a really cute show!

I'm sorry PFH didn't work out for the night. That wait seems really long for so late in the party!

Great shots on the way out - love the snowflakes and the train station shot!

Awww the Tweedles. I really like character interactions where there's multiple characters. They seem more fun. I actually saw them out (and it seems to be occurring more often) during regular park hours in January. Hopefully it is a regular thing now.

"Celebrate the Season" is a long show, but I really enjoy it. So many people and characters on that stage. Probably the closest you get to that many characters in one place that's not Steamboat Willie.

Oh my goodness. While I love MNSSHP, seeing you PP photos on Main Street reminds me how wonderful MVMCP really is. Nothing can top that castle in Dream Lights.

Meeting the Tweedles was a nice alternative since we couldn't get the princesses!

From what I saw it was a cute show, and Pluto looked very cute as well! ;)

Yes only a few days to go now until I am back! :)

I didn't know they met either! It seemed like a random thing, and I'm definitely glad we stumbled upon it!

Celebrate the Season was really cute!

I was pretty surprised the PFH wait was that long later in the night, but I guess a lot of people had the same idea to go at that time!

It's definitely fun when there's multiple characters! Kind of like when you meet Chip & Dale and they're always goofing around!

You're so right, you do get to see a lot of characters in that one show!

YES! I love MNSSHP too, and I still think it has a slight edge over MVMCP, but the dream lights + snow is such a magical combination!! Nothing beats it.

Day 7 - Our last Magic Kingdom day

Our last full day in the parks and last day in MK :( Of course we were up bright and early and at MK in time for the Welcome Show! Our last day but it was our first time getting to see it this trip!

It was pretty chilly/overcast, but with no chance of rain in the forecast we hoped it would warm up. I had run out of pants and figured I'd be ok in shorts..foreshadowing.

Our first stop of the day was to meet Merida! So we walked back to Fairytale Garden where there were already a couple of groups waiting. And then it started to drizzle.... What happened to no rain in the forecast?! Luckily it stayed a drizzle and didn't last too long, but it didn't get much warmer throughout the day.

Then we headed to Tomorrowland to see if we could get a ride on Space Mountain standby. No luck because it was down! Luckily we had a FP for it later. If we were able to ride it standby I was going to change it to something else but we ended up having to keep it! Instead we headed over to Buzz and rode that with a 10 minute wait.

Up next...We get wet, very wet..

*Well I leave for Disney in 2 days!! I'm so excited for this little getaway (and for warm weather)! If you want to follow along with my trip, I will certainly be posting pics on Instagram, my username is missangelalexis if you don't already follow me :) Talk to you all when I get back!*

I'm guessing this last day was that Monday?
I love all the party pics. The parades and shows and meets look like so much fun!

The MK welcome show is great! We saw it on our last MK day as well and it also happened to be the coldest day of our trip. And we only had shorts, so I feel your pain!

Fun morning with Merida and a ride on Buzz - the boys could ride that all day!

Oh and I just started following you on Instagram! Excited to see pictures next week! Have a great trip!

Welcome Show on your last day... there's a sad irony in there somewhere. However, there is simply nothing like the Welcome Show.

I have to meet Merida. This is the only Princess I'm missing I think. I was so hoping they would have moved her by now to a more subtle location to shorten the lines.

HAVE A GREAT TRIP!!!!!!!!! Say HI to Ariel (and Evie and Stacey) for me!!
