We live in a digital age. We get advertising from many Disney entities via e-mail. We can do business with many Disney companies online (Disney Store, WDW, DL, etc).
I was able to purchase my DVC via email (and a visit to the bank for a wire transfer). No paper or mailing was necessary.
I do not understand why Member Admin can't simply send an email with the membership number to the new member immediately once it's issued. Why do they have to send out a letter that takes two weeks. Guest satisfaction would be much higher if they would simply send out the email.
