Beautiful day here in western NY!!! Ran some trails at a different part of the park today. Not really sure how far I ran, my Garmin and Runkeeper app kept losing GPS?! Ran over a scary bridge with no guard rails that had about a 50 foot drop to the river. Did I mention I hate bridges and heights. I was frozen for about a minute until another runner came along, then my pride took hold of me and I didn't want to look like a sissy, ha!

Thanks for setting up the May thread, @hmack ! I'll head over there when I get a chance ... somehow between running & Marathon Weekend registration (I got in for the 5K & 10K) my day has completely gotten away from me
 
35 min walk yesterday and a 35 min run today- 1140/900

I don't believe my total. I mean I know it's right but I haven't reached my goal in a long time let alone made it to this level. I have one more workout planned before the end of the month too. Thank u everyone for helpin me stay on track this month!

I think it was a great month for the team - lots and lots of exercise minutes and goals being met! WTG everyone for such an awesome effort! Thank u GAS for hosting April and thank u hmack for setting up a may thread. Be over shortly to join in. :)
 
More updates for me! I've been super busy with my training plan and work lately, trying to catch up on everyone's activity (you guys are amazing, by the way)!

Sunday: 228 minutes hiking, we did 9 miles hiking the Appalachian Trail near our house. For those of you familiar with PA hiking, that mean...rocks and rocks and rocks. Including a rock scramble at the end.

Monday: 27 minute run

Tuesday: 44 minute run

I'm now at 1297/1200 and this is the first month this year that I was able to meet my goal! Two more days to go - we can do it!
