Marriott Grande Vista drive to Disney

Hi
Anyone have advice on which route to take driving from Marriott Grande Vista to Disney? I-4 or International Drive?

When we stay at Grande Vista we always take the International Drive route 15 min tops to WDW. We love Grande Vista!!

We have stayed at the MGV the last 2 years in a row and really loved it. From the MGV the most direct route to WDW is going south on I-drive. To get on the I4 going towards WDW you have to go a fair bit out of your way, there is no straight access which is why it's more direct to take I-drive S. When you are coming back from WDW to the MGV take the I4...this is faster. You can exit the I4 right in front of Seaworld and get back to the MGV.

Hubs drove last year but also jumping in to say we LOVED the Grande Vista!! It wasn't available for our week offsite this year so we are at Sabal Palms. The main pool and bar at MGV is awesome-our only regret is not having more time to just spend at the the resort last year!

Sabal Palms is awesome as well, much smaller and very quiet. Just a short walk to the huge hotel pool complex. Can't go wrong with any of the Orlando Marriott's really.

Thanks everyone! Happy to hear the positive reviews of Grande Vista. We have stayed at other Marriott Vacation Clubs and have loved them all. We will have a few days at resort so looking forward to some down time in addition to going to the parks.

Any restaurants near Grande Vista anyone would recommend?

Try the onsite restaurant "The Grille" in the golf course clubhouse, there are a ton of choices on International Dr past Seaworld. We always like Miller's Orlando Ale House

We loved Ale House as well! In fact I signed up for emails/discounts hoping to go back again.
