Hi me again!
I'm looking at rainforest cafe AK as thought it would be good to eat before heading back to villa for a early finish!!
I thought RFC would be easy to book. But already every date I put in is full?
It's for October and I'm 2 days into my booking dates but I just thought it would be easier to book and not need an 11am try!!

I know. I've put in every date I can for breakfast lunch and dinner?
It's for 10 though??
But still I've managed Akershus for breakfast for 12 and H&V for disney lunch for 9 so thought RFC would be easy??

At 180 days l couldn't get a reservation via MDE for T-Rex, so l telephoned the Restuarant direct & got a reservation no problem. (I had read with it being non-Disney owned only a small amount of bookings are allocated for Disney ADRs).
Perhaps you could call RFC direct.

the answer is rather straightforward and in plain text on the ressie's page

party size too large

try making 2 ressies for 5 guests (you may not be seated together)

When I was booking for 12 a few years back Rain Forest Cafe was the only One I couldn't book. Ring Disney they'll give you a number for the RFC so you can ring & book a 'large' table

chmurf- it wasn't plain and simple for me to see as I'm booking on my disney app and I just get a pop up saying no reservations available! As you can see from my image!
If I'd have been able to see that message I wouldn't have asked the question![GALLERY=][/GALLERY]

I'll look for the restaurants own number or phone disney?
Do you think i need to do it exactly 180 days or do I have a few days leeway? It depends where I get my other reservations as to when I'll book this one??

I see it on the disney go site now, but was booking through app so it was all saved together?!

Can I book 2 tables of 5 and then phone and ask for them to be together (so I don't lose time slot) or will it not let me make 2 bookings at same time?

Ring them and they'll sort it out for you. They will not book up this quickly you will be fine

The restaurant will probably have availability beyond what disney has on their website

T-Rex for example really sells out fast on the disney site. But the restaurant has a lot of availabilty they keep for themselves.
You can still book tables direct with the restaurant even if it's no longer available on MDX. (email also works for booking, just visit the restaurant's webpage)
