Free Dining for fall 2015 is now out.

As is the late summer/early fall room only discount, whose last date is October 3. Minimum 1 night stay.

Since we plan on traveling in December 2015 we are eagerly awaiting the "rest of fall 2015" room only discount. (our Dec dates are not included in FD, but we also only need a 2 night and a 1 night and no park passes, so would not be FD eligible anyway).

Who is joining us ?

FYI, for 2014, the dates of the late fall RO were:

Book July (23 or 24), 2014 to Oct. 3, 2014. Save up to 30% on rooms at select Walt Disney World Resort hotels for most nights Oct. 4-Nov. 25 and Nov. 29-Dec. 23, 2014.

Add me to the wait list! Am sad that my dates couldn't line out with FD (we were flexible, but not a whole week closer to Xmas flexible), but at least it means my dates are fairly set now, and I can buy airfare when southwest releases it in May. RO discounts don't usually have floating blackout dates, do they?

For 2014 it wasn't blackouts but rather tiered discounts. e.g. 30% for one set of dates and 25% for another date range.

Thanks. We're hoping to keep our room at CR GW/SV, and now that I think about it, a 30% discount is actually better for us, once I take into account the park-hopper requirement FD had.

I would take the tiered discounts over blackouts. I'm with the others, I need to be considering booking my airfare when it's released, and to do so basically secures my dates. We plan to stay at the Contemporary and the only availability for free dining was suite level (read: $4000 above our initial reservation). Not going to happen. Hoping for at least 20% off room rate... I really want to stay in our theme park view room on the monorail :(

Add me to the October and December RO discount waiting list :thumbsup2

We're going in December (19-23 or 24) and hoping for a RO/AP RO discount also. Undecided on resort right now :confused3

Our October (3-11) trip is already booked but doing a split stay, first half renting points for BLT so no RO discount for that but we're switching over to POR for 2 nights (9th & 10th) so I'm hoping to get a RO discount for the 2 nights @ POR at least.

I'm a light eater and with DD being only 6, FD doesn't really benefit us as much as a RO discount would.
Here's hoping for alot of :tinker:pixie dust for all of us waiting on RO discounts to come out soon.

We're also waiting & hoping for a room only discount to cover part of our trip - going over Thanksgiving and if the dates offered are similar to last year's offer, we may get it for 1/2 of our trip.

Waiting and hoping also! Currently booked at BWV 10/17-10/24. Any idea when the discount is usually announced? I'm debating renting points instead but am a little hesitant and would like to hold off and see if we can get a RO discount.

We are arriving Nov 24 so I am hoping for a discount for our trip so we can upgrade from Pop but if not then Pop it is! Any thoughts on when that might come out? Was surprised when I saw free dining at 4:30 this morning but no room only offer

Last year it was mid - late July before the rest of fall was released. I may go nuts before then. Or switch my reservation. And that's virtually impossible today. I can't even price anything now.

Waiting and hoping here as well. Booked at BWI 10/17-24. A RO discount would help a lot for us!

Were traveling in October as well. We usually stay offsite, as their are six of us. The October trip will be just three of us. I'd love to treat my girls to an onsite stay!

  • With the latest offering ending October 3, what are the chances of other discounts being announced for later in October?
  • Can someone help with a reservation question? If I reserve now, will I be able to apply rate discounts later? Also, are all resort reservations paid in full only at time if reservation?
  • We are annual pass holders. Any chance of room discounts specific for APH?
Thanks all!!
