I have no idea but I would guess that they inflate prices so that they don't have to adjust them if the Canadian dollar drops even more.

I priced my trip out through Air Canada and it's about $400 cheaper to go through Disney. Seems strange. I thought it would be cheaper being in CAD but I'm still better off to go through Disney.

Mine worked out to be about $400 more through AC, too. Guess I'll stick with Disney for now!

So long time lurker here....as I've been reading the thread tonight, some ads came up for "late summer" promotions. I didn't get screen shots but here are the links:

actually those are live and bookable and have been.
i think you can book through june 12th for check in between june 16th and august 27th.
unless they are extending those offers to include later dates?

They appear different as they're called "late" summer. I don't know if they will extend past August 27th when the summer offers expire or what. The "kids size package" is quoted at a different price ($889 vs $989). They also don't link to the current live offers.

These might be different than the ones currently on the website. The links themselves and their corresponding titles are different?

I agree. These new links and their corresponding titles are different than what is currently offered. These new ones are called "Last Days of Summer Room Offer" and "End of Summer Family Vacation Savings."
 
Ahh! I am so glad I logged on to see this! I already booked my vacation a few days ago, I am staying at GF. It should be no problem to switch if they release the discount right?? I am freaking out!

I know, I keep thinking I'll take a nap and wake up every hour to check, then part of me just wants to stay up.....
 
I wonder if (keeping with the Air Canada) when the FD is offered, it is a QS only with the option to upgrade to the regular DP....that would really change things adding the PH or WP option and then upgrading to the table service plan...I hope this is not going to happen. Being a night shift RN makes me think crazy thoughts at 0343...lol PS, nothing available yet!
