New AP and FastPass+

The Exchange Certificates (aka Vouchers) and Will Call Confirmations for NEW APS are not valid for park admission. For new APs, you still have to stop at either a park ticket window or guest relations location to exchange for the actual pass. If purchase at the DVC Member price, you will need your DVC Membership Card. All adults (ages 18+) will need to show a photo id that has the same address as the member.
I purchased new AP's about 3 weeks ago, on the phone with Disney (not Disney Store), she helped me get them linked into MDE, they're obviously (going to be) valid (when activated) because I made FP's at 60 days. We are not DVC. But I've not received anything in the mail to take with me. Was I supposed to?
 
But....I bought 4 vouchers online and now I have a bunch listed in my MDE and can't figure out which one is which since the numbers don't match. they aren't all for me, so I need to get them linked to the right person.
I was told I had to call IT.

You can assign them to family members yourself, makes no difference about the numbers.

You can link will call confirmations and Exchange Certificates (aka Vouchers) to MDE for the purpose of making advance FP+ selections. This will not activate the passes. You will still need to stop at a park ticket window or guest relations location to exchange for your actual passes.

So I should call about not having received a certificate/voucher?

When I enter the number on the back of the card, it says it is already linked to someone.
Because of the difference on numbers on the cards and on MDE, I can't tell which one goes to who. That is my problem.

If the CM setup the purchase as will call, you will not receive anything in the mail. When you arrive at WDW and go to activate the passes, the CM can look up the order by either the confirmation number, your last name or the CC used.
 
Thanks for starting this! I am going to order my husband and my AP today. Our son already has one from last year, and it is showing up in my MDE account and linked to him.

I miss the old days of making ADR and planning on paper - I am a bit overwhelmed by all of the new "advance planning" that I feel so far behind and have 3 meals planned for 10 days. Normally I have everything set. Our FP+ dates is this Saturday, so I feel he pressure heating up! At the same time, it is nice to know that I can plan some FP+ for July 4th for later in the morning or on our last day our flight leaves at 10:30 pm (what was I thinking!) and we can check out at 11, have breakfast and still have some FP+ for the afternoon and then have dinner before we leave for the airport.

All I've ever gotten was the ?digit code (I can't remember how many digits) that the CM recited over the phone. Take that and my ID (and sometimes they ask for my DVC card) and I'm all set.

Thank you! It must've been set up as Will Call then. I'll certainly have my confirmation number with me.

On the back of what card? You said you purchased 4 annual passes? You should have 4 unassigned passes in your MDE account, which you can assign to anyone you want since they are all the same.

number on the back on the vouchers....and they do not match the numbers on my MDE account.
So when I want to assign one, I am not sure which one it is. I have about 6 cards in my account. Not sure what any of them are.
