Drinking around the world for my 21st birthday, best Hotel?

My father is taking me to Walt Disney World for my 21st birthday next year, I was wondering what would be the best hotel to stay at that is close to EPCOT. We are going between SD and BC / YC.

Swan and Dolphin, but I don't think you can get whatever the current discounts are because they are technically not fully Disney.

I personally love POFQ. It's smaller and close to everything but Animal Kingdom. Also it gives you a boat ride to Downtown Disney for more drinking!

However, any resort you stay at you will be fine. Disney Transportation prevents you from getting a DUI

Those are all good. Usually the rates at S/D are a little better than the Disney-owned Deluxes (even with discounts). As the PP alluded to, there are some Disney benefits missing at S/D.

BC / YC or Boardwalk are both an easy walk from the International Gateway.

The walk to the Swan/Dolphin is a little further than the other Epcot resorts, but still not bad.

But I guess when it comes to stumbling, every foot matters.
