Cafe Mickey are reporting that from the 4 May 2015, Disneyland Paris will launch an annual Disney PhotoPass+ which will allow multiple use for a whole year.

Presently once activated PhotoPass+ lasts for 10 days and costs 49.99€.

The good news for annual pass holders is that they will receive a discount on the new annual photo pass.

Available from 3 July the annual PhotoPass+ for Dream annual pass holders will cost 29.99€ and 34.99€ for Fantasy annual pass holders.

Jonjo thanks for this. Whilst not AP holder I have been trying to find out how much the PhotoPass+ is so thanks!! Could you please also advise where it can be bought?

Most stores in DLP have them on sale but a good place is New Century Notions - Flora's Boutique on Main Street.

A photo pass that lasts a whole year sounds brilliant but although it comes out in May the Dream/Fantasy pass discount doesn't apply until July - is that right? A shame as I wanted one in May - typical! ;) So how much is it before the discount please? The 12 month pass appears to be cheaper than the 10 day pass which is a bit strange but I'm not complaining.

Other Forums are now reporting that the offer of the Annual PhotoPass+ will only be avilable to Annual Pass Holders, and that the price will be 39.99 for Dream AP holders and 44.99 for Fantasy and Francilien.

And that from 4 May - 3 July there will be a special offer of a 10 Euro discount on thoses prices. Guess we will find out more when it is officaly launched next month.

This would of Saved me so much Money already !!
Will the box be the same do we know ie the 2 extra card with it ?

Great news, we were planning on buying PP+ for our summer trip anyway, so it lasting a whole year is even better.

Is there any idea of when they will expand on what it currently is? Still feel it is overpriced for what you get in comparison to WDW

Don't see the point in it for us as we don't do characters and ride photos rarely look great -especially with strangers in your photo :sad2:

If they had proper photographers wandering out and about and we could have nice pictures of the 2 of us I'd go for it but until then I'll just keep on using my camera ;)

The lack of photographers around the parks is my main problem with PhotoPass+.

When DLP first announced the service last year they clearly stated in the Press Releases that there would be Disney photographers located at 'Iconic' locations around both parks. And this has never happened.

There should by photographers on Main Street by the Band Stand, in the hub near the castle and generally walking around the lands.

I wouldn't usually bother with it, but on our summer trip we will have young children with us so more character meet and greets. Plus, a few ride photos with them will be nice. I do agree though that they should have photographers around the parks like they do in the US parks.

Totally agree, it shouldn't be launched unless we are getting everything that we were promised. I'd love a really good picture of us 2 and the castle or in the band stand looking down mainstreet and we have some but they aren't all great like the ones you seen from the US.

Will cross fingers that we will be getting them with this launch but I'm not optimistic.....

I wouldn't hold your breath, I think this is just another marketing campaign to get AP holders to part with their money.

I expect they have worked out that the take up of PhotoPass+ by AP holders is very low due to the 10 day expiry so a pass that lasts for a year solves that problem.

Agree they definitely need more official photo opportunities, I've always thought that but now with this there's even more of a need.
We bought one for the first time a couple of weeks ago and really liked it. Got our discount so was 45 euro and we got 84 photos from it. Was really easy to use and they all uploaded immediately. I'm pretty sure the photographers took more because we had the pass too. Got some fantastic photos that we wouldn't normally have, we very rarely used to buy the individual photos and if we did it would be just the one.
The ride photos are really funny to see, again something we wouldnt have bought but are great memories to keep.
No current plans to go back but would definitely buy again if we did.
