Travel City Direct Orlando area classic villas

hi there
We are going with some friends in October and have booked a bronze villa with travel city direct.
Has anyone stayed in one of these before? Can you give me any ideas of what they are like? Photos or anything. Do you get wifi? Do you collect your keys from an office - the villas are allocated on arrival I think?
Any help would be appreciated as I know nothing about these villas lol!

Hi really sorry can't help as we've always booked direct with the villa owner. Our villa had a lock box which we were given the code too which contains the keys so this could be what you get. Our friends stayed in a virgin villa a few years ago but could specify the location they wanted on booking. Perfectly adequate and had everything they needed, not sure about wifi though.
Hope someone can be more helpful and have fun it will be perfect I'm sure

I stayed in a virginvilla 2 yrs ago. The keys were in a lockbox at the location which we were given the code for at the airport by the Virgin rep. We had to go to the office the next day to sign the paperwork. The villa was fine. Certainly much nicer than my house although I was not expecting 5stars with an AOA villa.
We are currently deciding whether to do AOA or book independent for 2016.
