I'm trying to book our December trip through the Irish site because of the offer but it won't let me even if I leave the address line as "Ireland" because the billing address then for the credit card is different. I know other people use different sites, what am I doing wrong? :(

whats the problem with the billing address being different from the booking address? i booked online last time, didn't have a problem with this. If you are having problems, call Guest Services at DLP and book over the phone instead, just tell them you want to use the current Irish site offer.

Thought so, so took your advice and rang up. CM very friendly but quite sure we couldn't use an offer from a country we weren't residing in - until he went and spoke to a manager. So we are booked for 4 nights (2 nights free) at the HNY for our Christmas fix mid-Dec! :yay:

What number did you call? I live in the U.S. but want to book the French offer (children under 12 free) for this summer. All the other countries offers are for children under 7, DS is 9.

Hi, the number was 08448008898 which we normally use - just say you want the French offer and don't take no for an answer!

Love the photos pirate:

or you can call France in their office opening hours - the number is 00 33 1 60 30 60 53. This is the number for French guest services at DLP, and they speak excellent English.

I called 1-800-438-9876 from US before. I was able to book for hotels. Think it's more of a travel agent number but they took my reservation no problem. All were English speaking

I booked through the Irish site a couple of weeks ago via the call centre and had no issues, it was an American call centre who were great!

I called the Italian site phone number for tickets only and was told that tickets could only be purchased online or through a travel agent. I had tried to purchase them online but with the Italian address and the US Visa, it wasn't going through.
I then called the Irish site's number and was connected to someone in the U.S. Pretty ironic, I'm Skyping to Ireland and the call is routed to the U.S.
She explained that in order to purchase the tickets on the Irish site, I would have to have them delivered to Ireland....Well that wasn't going to work for me.
I asked if I could purchase using the Italian offer, since my whole family lives in Italy, it wouldn't be a problem mailing the tickets there.
She said that she could only book for the Irish site and that I would have to call the Italy number to book through the Italian site. Back to square one...
I didn't give up and called the French site's number, I think the U.S. site's number also redirects to a French phone number.
Anyhow, the French CM was able to purchase the tickets on the Italian site for me and have them mailed to my mom's home in Italy. It was 506 euros as opposed to $690. Even with the exchange, it saved me well over $150.
The only problem is he asked for my e-mail address and said that I would receive a confirmation via e-mail, but I never received anything. He did give me a reservation number, and when I tried to pull it up on the site, it didn't work.
I will call again tomorrow and see if they have the correct e-mail address. Hoping all the names on the tickets are correct, as having to do it over the phone vs. online concerns me a bit.

This is all really confusing as I've NEVER had anything sent in the post!! All booking information has been sent to me via email, and the park tickets them selves were given to us on arrival at the hotel! I've booked online and via phone! So I'm not sure what they are making such a big fuss about Liza!

Maybe it's because this is for park tickets only, not a package. I booked the hotel (Hotel L'Elysee) separate on Expedia.
I did receive the confirmation e-mail this morning, but one of the last names on the tickets was misspelled, so I called this morning to have it changed. the Italian CM said it couldn't be changed, but she put a note in the system and said that it shouldn't be a problem as only 1 letter in the spelling is different.

But even then, I've had then email only! I bought two day tickets for my brother and girlfriend last year via the DLP French site, and they were emailed! Unless that's now changed.....

It's very odd how often people get different stories and conditions via the DLP phone numbers! We booked over the phone for the first time ever for our March 2016 trip and I was ready to battle the case that I wanted the Irish offer, but they were absolutely fine and I spoke to the lovliest man!
