Ideas for my parents 50th wedding anniversary

We are taking my parents to Disney World the 1st week in Sept. They will be celebrating their 50th. We will be on the Disney dining plan. Any good places for them to eat? Maybe just them. Any other ideas anyone has would be great!!! Thanks again

We went with my brother and his family and my parents for their 50th in 2013. We had a fun dinner at 1900 park fair. I had ordered a special cake for them and the waiter made a big deal about it and also brought out a fancy plate of candy. We also had a very nice dinner at Chef's de France.

Not sure if they still are doing this but, when we went for our anniversary in 2009 we ate at The Corral Reef. I contacted them and gave them our reservation info, they made up special menu's for us with photo's of us that I emailed to them. It wasn't a huge thing but it was free and of course they made a big deal over our anniversary. It's fun to celebrate in the little ways too! Congratulations to your parents!

California grill or Ohanas reservations an hour before Wishes fireworks!!

One let's you step out onto balcony to watch and the other lowers the lights, pipes the music and you get to watch them go off over the castle.

Also, we have not told them about the trip in Sept.....hope to do it in the next week or two.... any creative ideas to surprise them.

A couple years ago my parents went for their 40th anniversary. As a surprise for them I ordered from disney florists and it was waiting in their hotel room for them. I also booked all their dining reservations for them. I picked Narcosee's for their "anniversary dinner" and I had a custom wedding looking cake sent. They were so surprised.

You could book them a tour like keys to the kingdom. Something different to do. Or a fireworks boat ride.

The disney florists (besides having things sent to their resort room) can also send to your house so you could order something from there and have it sent to their house to "surprise" tell them that they are going to disney!
