does anyone have suggestions for sites other then the dis that has helped them plan. Also does anyone have spreadsheets or other planning material they are willing to share. All help and thoughts welcome as I am suppose to go in December thank you.

easywdw would be my recommendation. There is a ton of great info, plus he has crowd calendars & color-coded cheat sheets for each park!
Best of luck with planning your trip! pixiedust:

In addition to Easy WDW as PP said, I also use Touring Plans, WDW Prep School and All Ears Net

Also Passporter. And the Unofficial Guide is great. Encyclopedic and thorough. Irreverent, but it gives solid tips and advice. And MouseSavers has the latest discount information. Subscribe to its monthly newsletter.

yourfirstdisneyvisit.net is another site that can help. It is designed to walk you through the whole planning process as the name suggests. Dave from yourfirst and Josh from easywdw teamed up to write a guide book walking you through the process; The easy Guide to Your First Walt Disney World Visit 2015. The Unofficial Guide is full of useful information also.

Get yourself a 3 ring binder with dividers. I have a section on preparation (ADR list (that i want), Fast pass list (that i want), packing list, DDP usage list, important disney phone numbers and the DDP brochure).
A section for Itenerary. For this section i have printed the the calendar from wdweasy crowd calendar, the hours, and my whole vacation schedule i made using Word using a table [time column, activity column, place/location column, DDP usage column, and extra info column].
The sections after represent each day of the vacation. In those sections i have the schedule for the day (park, rides, FP, restaurant ADR with conf. #'s), a map of the park we're going to and the menus for the places we will eat. Then i have a folder in the back for my confirmation cards for each day which have the FP and ADR times and confirmation # which i can grab each morning for my day pack. This way everything is together and I can put it on the dresser in the room for everyone to see what each day will look like.

Hi! I am wondering if you have found one site more accurate then others? I have been looking at crowd calendars but I am finding they don't match, like one site says a park is "red" for a day while another site says that park is "green"! Thanks for your input! =)
