Does anyone know of any discounts or promotion codes We are going in January 2015 and will be doing the dolphin swim.

If you have AAA, check with them. My membership offers tickets "beginning at $229" plus tax. The cost depends on what day of the week you're going and if you want any add-on experiences. From what I can tell, that doesn't seem to be any different than the regular price. But each AAA region has different offers, so check with yours if you're a member.

I really like it that they are doing the 14 day SeaWorld and Aquatica admission with Discovery Cove. Makes it seem much more reasonable. I'm going to do a four night / three day mini Orlando trip (just SeaWorld parks) // SeaWorld Day 1, Discovery Cove Day 2, Aquatica morning of day three and back to SeaWorld in the evening with a Dine with Shamu dinner. (This will make a very nice budget spring break trip for us.)

If you buy an annual pass to Sea World, Busch Gardens, or Sesame Place (or already have one), you can purchase up to 7 admissions to Discovery Cove with the Dolphin swim for $169 a piece. You will also get free parking at whatever park you choose to buy the pass. However, you will not get the 14 day unlimited pass with the discounted tickets.

We've been to Discovery Cove 7 times (we were even married there and bought a lot of sea world annual passes for family to get everyone in for a discount). We've only done the dolphin swim once (the first time). The non-dolphin swim discounted price is $99.

It probably won't help the OP much since their trip is so soon but I highly suggest signing up for emails from their website.

I received an email last month that got our tickets down to $219 for June 2015. The email was good for the entire year with only a few blackout dates.

I don't know how often they send offers out but it was definitely worth signing up for.

sorry to revive an old thread...but which annual pass do you need to buy? Can you do JUST SeaWorld? Also, I wanted to check the date I am interested in but can't find where to out the code on the website. I am interested in Friday 8/21.

I bought an annual pass to just seaworld and i was able to get the discount at discovery cove. I had to call though to find out the passholder pricing at discovery cove and when I was ready to get my tickets

It seems they've changed their website. The old website had a place at the top for the promo code, but I can't find it anywhere on the new site. Yes, you can buy discounted tickets to Discovery Cove with just a SeaWorld annual pass. If you've already bought the passes, log in on the theme park's website where you have the annual pass. Click on "Passmember Information" and sign up or log in. Once you've logged in, click on the "Offers & Discounts" tab. Scroll down and there should be a section talking about the Discovery Cove discount. Click on "Click to Book Now" and it will take you to the Discovery Cove website, but the rates will now be the discounted ones.

ETA: I checked your date for you and the dolphin swim discounted price for that date is $300 and the non-dolphin swim is $99.

thanks for checking! Ugh...that dolphin swim price isn't much better than the regular price for that day. Maybe my kids will have to deal with no dolphin!
I don't think I love the new site!
does it matter if the pass is Orlando or other city SeaWorld?

Yeah, I didn't know admission could get that expensive! The next week is a little cheaper. I do think there's plenty to do there without the dolphin swim and swimming in the Grand Reef with the rays and other fish is a cooler experience than swimming with the dolphins, IMHO. But try telling that to a kid that really wants to swim with a dolphin! lol

I'm really not a fan of the new site. I'm not sure if the pass has to be Orlando. Hopefully someone can help you out with that. We have bought tickets using platinum passes we purchased at Busch Gardens Williamsburg and using just regular SeaWorld annual passes.
