Which AKL dinner is best for GF dining?

I have Celiac and must eat gluten-free. I was wondering if anyone has GF dining experience at the Animal Kingdom Lodge restaurants and can give me some recommendations. It will just be DH and I on the next trip and I can't decide which place to book for dinner between Boma, Saana and Jiko.
Any thoughts would be much appreciated.

I am gluten free as well as a whole bunch of other stuff free and Sanaa is my absolute favorite restaurant!

I'm also coeliac and we dined at Sanaa last September and had a great time. I was offered gf naan bread for the bread service and had a great selection of appetisers and mains. I believe there were a few different desserts I could have too but we were too full to eat any more!

I've heard Sanaa is great for GF, but I've never dined there myself. I have been to Boma and loved it, plenty of delicious options and the chef brought me a special dessert plate with GF zebra domes and other wonderful dome desserts!

We go to Boma each trip. We have done breakfast and dinner. Both are awesome. I have heard many good things about eating GF at Saana and Jiko as well.

I've booked Sanaa and Boma dinners.
If we have time we may try some of the food from Jiko in the Cape Town lounge, but didn't actually book Jiko this trip.

My daughter has celiac. We had a great meal at Boma last visit. Lots of choices. The chef made her a personal dessert tray. It was so good, we are going back this trip!
