Beach club cribs

In October my wife and I will be staying at BC with our 21 month old twin boys, we are debating on where they should sleep. At home they sleep in their own cribs and have never slept in a regular bed before. So I'm looking for some advice, are the rooms big enough to request two cribs, should we request pack and plays, or should we request guard rails and have them sleep in a bed? Any input would be appreciated.

2 cribs in one standard room will be tight. If you get a room with a daybed, you could get bed rails for that and then get a crib which will still be a tight fit. If you had a deluxe room, you would have a little more room. Also there are a few rooms that are set up with one queen bed, a daybed/couch, and a chair that turns into a twin bed. There is also a curtain that divides the two spaces. This set up gives you more floor space for the second crib or you could use the daybed with rails and only get one crib. We had this room configuration and it worked for us. We had one crib and used the sleeper chair. The only problem is being able to get this room and with the renovation going on they may not have this room configuration anymore. I would call and ask if they have rooms that will hold two cribs.

21 months now or when you go? I'd try it out in bed first before you do that. My daughter doesnt really like sleeping with me so she gets the crib and the boy twin gets the bed. NExt trip going to try the rails, though I know both will probably end up with me and hubby will get a bed all to himself. We transitioned our twins to toddlers beds right around 2 years and it was very easy. Now 8 months later my daughter NEVER gets out of bed on her own, waits for me every morning. They also sell these great packable toddler beds called "Shrunks" or something like that, it is an inflatable mattress with a bit of a lip so they wont roll out. When we went when they were 15 months we had two pack in plays in the room (dolphin) and it was tight.

The boys will be 21 months when we go, so they are 15 months now so we're still a little reluctant to try them at a bed at this age. Maybe in a few month we can try them out in our bed and see how it goes. I don't mind the room being a little tight as I don't see us spending much time in their except for naps and bed time. Thank you for the advice.

I think if they are 21 months when you go you should ask for a room that fits two cribs, and if it doesn;t, at least get one and a set of bed rails. That way you will save yourself at least one pair of feet to the face :). You are going to have a great time, I love Disney with toddlers!

We are very excited to take them at this age, this will be my 4th time at disney since 09 and my wife has been going since she was little. I'm excited to see their reactions to everything. We are traveling with family (11 of us in total) so thankfully we will have help plus the possibility of some alone time (it will be our 8 year wedding anniversary while there) thank you again for the input
