WDW CM benefits

I am looking to move to Orlando in August or Sept. I want to get my dream job at Disney! Either call center or bus driver. Something more "behind the scenes", where I will get to interact with tons of Disney lovers, like myself.

My questions are about benefits for WDW CM. I know that you get free entrance to the parks for yourself. Are there any blackout dates for that? Can a CM go into the "underworld" of tunnels if they are not working there that day? Do CM wait in line with everyone else, or can they use the fast pass entrance. And tons of other questions.

If there are any current or former CM, please let me know the ups and downs of working for WDW.

Thanks!!

. . . only employees of that park can go into the tunnels (eg, MK or Epcot tunnels), and only work-related
. . . yes, you wait in line, just like everyone else
. . . free admission for you and dependents, or you and up to three others
. . . yes, there are blackout dates for employee passes
. . . there are different and more frequent blackout dates for family/friends

. . . lots of hours in busy periods
. . . poor pay, but VERY GOOD insurances
. . . can change every week, especially for part-timers (hard to plan far ahead)

NOTE: Bus drivers are ALWAYS in demand, but you usually start as part-time, then go full-time after 2-3 months. The
Call Center jobs are harder to find, but on any given day, they would hire new or experienced drivers. (The fall-out rate
is really high for bus drivers, due to the tough hours and crazy tourist drivers cutting off buses.)

Thanks!!
