The Daily Grind 3/30/2015

Happy Monday and Spring Break to those on break this week!

Hope everyone had a good weekend!

We did here...spent Saturday at the casinos; I didn't win but Joe did, which is just like me winning too, haha! Yesterday was spent doing chores and getting the house ready for company.

Dad will be arriving sometime between 12-2 today. He spent last night in Orlando, having dinner with my nephew (his grandson). DN has been working his tail off in training as he will be one of the asst. managers in the retail area of the new Boathouse restaurant which is opening in Downtown Disney Springs sometime next month. I can't wait to go there, the menu looks delish!

Today:
Morning chores
Finish up last of the laundry
Vacuum and vacuum stairs
Empty trash cans
Make sun tea
Water plants
Call vet to see if Boodles supplies are in
Book a couple DL dinner ressies for May!
Scrap until Dad arrives
Chicken and Salad for everyone

What a good weekend Becky!! Have fun with your Dad in town!! Sounds like a busy time for your nephew but will be well worth it when the business opens!!


We are on spring break so I took the opportunity to sleep in a bit! So excited that DS18's team advanced to final 4.. and DD's team gave that other team one heck of a run for their money even though the coach of other team said they were NOT a challenge.. Hello, what game were you watching dude??? So we are hoping to catch open gym time to see them practice!! He got to see practice in 2010 when they won it all!

get things ready for a day trip tomorrow

Good Morning!

Well 15 hit Megan hard yesterday afternoon...got a stomach bug and was up most of the night she's staying home today as she's still feeling a bit yucky...bummer thing is her friends are decorating her locker, I did text them this morning to tell them and hope they can postpone until tomorrow.
