April 2015 Happy Dance!!!!

When I booked my trip on Monday, one of the first things I did was customize my MagicBand. That was 25 days before check-in, so I hope that they'll still have time to ship them to me! :cutie:
 
18 days until my Disneymoon!! I am so excited!! Especially because this is my fiance's first REAL Disney vacation. We took a long weekend trip staying offsite when he was working in Orlando a couple years ago, but he's never stayed there. And it's been 10 years since I last stayed there! I think I'm going to take a whack at doing a trip report even though I'm new here!
 
Thanks everyone for suggestions. I ended up keeping A&E FP but we could only get 11 pm for 7D. I'll take it though. So excited - made our Frozen travel tin game, penny press tubes, been watching WDW shows on TV this week, and DD has no clue!

My magic band will ship tomorrow I am hoping. Today is the last day that I can customize it.
 


Magic Bands Came yesterday! :banana:Two sets due to split stay and both arrived at the same time rubber banded together. So 7 days from the first email and 5 days from the second. Go figure :confused3. I was so excited it was all I could do not to open them in front of the kids! So I have the bands, some bandits I got from the DisneyStore, and some coupons I made. Like "Ride Override" - they can present to go on a ride that's not on our list, go on a ride again or not go on a ride at all. Then "Snack Attack" - they can present it for a snack we just vetoed. Lastly "Spare Souvenir" - they can present if they want something their souvenir budget won't cover.

Not a lot of candy, and even limiting the coupon amounts, probably going to be the most expensive Easter basket ever!:eek:

Great News!! I am waiting on my band to ship.
 
I am at 26 days until we arrive at Beach Club Villas and Beach Club Resort (split stay) and still have not received our Magic Bands.:guilty:
Our friends who are going at the same exact time, at the same resort, received theirs a couple days ago.
MDE says one set of ours may ship soon and one set is still being personalized. They have been at this status for almost a week now.:confused:

I've seen a couple of you post that you've recently received yours.

So when has everyone been receiving their Magic Bands?

We check in April 12th at BWV and then AKL on the 16th and got ours yesterday so 16 days out? I got the shipping email about 24 days ahead of check-in.
 
One week from tomorrow! Only 4 more school days to go and DD still has no idea!!!:yay: Magic bands are packed, special tshirts are packed, lanyards and pins are packed...just waiting for the custom Anna and Elsa mickey ears to arrive and need to figure out how to tell DD! Might give her a bag in the car on the way to the airport with her MB and ears and let her figure it out!
