We are taking a group of 8 to Disney this weekend for the week and everyone is a young adult or adult. For some it is their first trip down to Disney World . I thought it would be fun to have Themed Disney snacks for the trip down in the airport and on the plane! Does anyone have any ideas on what to do? what i can buy? what i can make? thought it could be a fun way to get everyone excited while traveling to the World! any help would be great. thanks.

Look on Pinterest! I saw some cute ideas there, but don't recall exactly what they were...

I've seen Baymax marshmallows on Pinterest: just draw Baymax's face with edible food marker on white marsmallows.

Also, you can make your own granola bars (there's tons of recipes out there) with a twist: instead of incorporating chocolate inside of the granola bars or spreading chocolate on top, you take the normal chocolate chips and larger chocolate buttons, make Mickey shapes out of them, and then cut them up individually for everyone once they're cool. I do a homemade baked granola bar so that it'll stay together and be a little bit more crisp, so when they come out of the oven, wait for them to cool slightly, and when they're still warm, put the chocolate on the granola: the bottom of the chocolate will melt a little so they'll stay on the granola bars.

Walmart sells packages of cheese in the shape of mickey heads, they are in with the string cheese. Depending on the amount you need/flavor you want, you can use a cookie cutter and presliced cheese (or slice your own) and make it yourself.

Its all in the packaging. Goldfish become nemo and friends, honey sticks (potentially messy) honey from Winnie the Pooh's honey pot etc. I second checking out pinterest, they have amazing ideas and printouts.

Well, Disney fruit snacks of course! Other ideas:

- hunny nut Cheerios or hunny graham crackers (Pooh)
- Cheetos as Tigger Tails
- Sulley Cereal Bars
- Boo Bites
- Animal crackers (Lion King)
- Trail mix (Pocahontas)
- some kind of sweet = spoonful of sugar
- Scooby snacks (Lady and the Tramp or 101 Dalmatians)
- Pluto Popcorn
- Goofy granola bar
- Apples (Snow White)
- fruit by the foot (Rapunzel)

We have taken our own mickey shaped Rice Krispy treats. We use the cookie cutter we got long ago. Sometimes I have added peanut butter to the mix for a little different taste.

Wal-Mart in Canada has Disney cookies (Cars, Princesses) not sure if they also have them in the US.
