Goodness! All this snow and therapy distracted me! Forgot to join in for March! Please put me down for 900 minutes this month.

So far 2 hours of pool therapy, and more exercising at home for a total of 150/900. Thanks!
 
All I have to say this morning is "WHOA!" You guys like to keep my busy. Yesterday we got 1 new recruit, 12 people reported in and we had 6 color changes!

AND as a team we are officially TRUE BLUE as we are over 10% of our united goal!!!

Had a twelve hour shift yesterday so was pretty sedentary. Tried to make up for it today:

15 mins skipping, 35 elliptical, 45 lifting.

Friday 20 min run (it was a freezing, to me, 28 degrees and I couldn't last outside any longer)

so what do you do when just as you start the treadmill, you go to adjust your bra strap and the little piece of plastic that connects the cup and the strap snaps in 2 - totally unfixable? well. you tuck the strap into the back of your shorts so it doesn't fly around and you hold the cup in place with your hand - switching off every tenth of a mile for 2.25 miles.

Love it! I had one morning where I had no clean sports bras and needed to run... So I toughed it out without! (Not recommended).

That's the usual, Y class, swimming and walking. One of these days I'll do something different! Really want DS to start yoga, so maybe he and I will take a class together. Or maybe I can get him to do my video (yes, video!) with me.
