Flower & Garden Gluten Free?

Hi All,

We are headed to WDW in 8 days...yahoo!!! My DD12 has celiac disease and always eats like a king (queen?) at Disney. This will be our 3rd year being there for the Flower & Garden festival and have really LOVED eating our way around the countries at the outdoor kitchens. The Passport marks items that are gluten free so it has been super easy for her to map out where she wants to go and what she wants to eat. We actually cancelled some of our dinner reservations and just grazed our way around the countries a few nights last year. Such fun!

Anyway, I have 2 questions. 1. Does anyone have pics of the inside of the 2015 passport? 2. I read online that our 2 favorite items (the frushi and the candied strawberries) which were labeled GF last year, are no longer marked GF. I was hoping someone could verify this info and if at Epcot perhaps find out if this is accurate.

Any info would be greatly appreciated!

We just got home today. We were disappointed in the GF offerings. Nothing my 12yo was interested in except the strawberry macaron in France, which she loved. We didn't ask, but the frushi and strawberries were NOT labeled GF in the passport.

Thanks so much for the info about the frushi and berries. I am really going to try to get to the bottom of this. Sorry your son/daughter didn't find a lot. Last year my daughter loved the tilapia, duck, and watermelon salad. She is excited for the ceviche which I think is also marked GF. Thanks!

My daughter likes a lot of different kinds of foods, just not what they offered. Yes, the tilapia, duck and watermelon salad were there and marked GF. The ceviche too. On the plus side, we went to Boma for dinner for the first time and it is her new favorite restaurant!

We are going next month and I'm hoping to find out the frushi is in fact gf. If anyone finds out, please update us. thanks
