Celeb sighting

That isn't nearly as exciting in my honest opinion, as seeing Charlie Sheen shouting out at the top of his lungs, while hanging his head out of his yellow corvette, "I was robbed by three and a half men". There was a dirty blonde wearing a bikini riding with him. I think I saw her once in a campy horror film called "Don't Ask" Then a cop pulled him over for speeding, and not staying in his lane, and gave him a ticket. Then the Beverly Hill's cop took a selfie with Charlie. Then the dirty blonde took a picture of all three of them. It was a real hoot man! It was interesting to say the least. I later saw video footage of this street entertainment on TMZ! lol.... yes, I had shot it actually. How do you think TMZ! obtained the video. Got a pretty good price for it too. More than enough to stay onsite at the Grand. lmao...

Tony Wayne Baxter (born February 1, 1947) is the former senior vice president of creative development in Walt Disney Imagineering and was responsible for creating designs and carrying out the construction of attractions all over the world. He announced his departure from his full-time position to become a part-time adviser on February 1, 2013, which was also his 66th birthday.[1] During his 47 year tenure with the company, he oversaw the construction of multiple contemporary Disney theme parkattractions, including Big Thunder Mountain Railroad, Star Tours, Splash Mountain, The Indiana Jones Adventure, and Journey Into Imagination.[1][2]

I believe Tony Baxter was around the parks on Tuesday and Wednesday for a panel at the after hours 20th Anniversary of Indiana Jones AP event.

We were there a couple of years ago and tried to grab a Jamba Juice, but wasn't allowed into the store because Justin Beiber was making out with Selena Gomez while they waited for their smoothies. Ackward.

I was there during the View taping and saw Tim Allen walking around.

During our January trip this year we were about to board Small World when the CM told us to return to the line. Turns out Chumlee from Pawn Stars didn't want to share a boat with us. Lol. He had a VIP tourguide.

there's an instagram account @disneylandceleb that is dedicated to park sightings.

so far i've seen jennifer connelly, judd apatow, leslie mann and their kids, and jermaine jones (usmnt soccer player)

I would be stoked to see Tony Baxter. :worship: If anyone has seen the Disneyland Behind the Scenes show, he talks a lot in that. I saw Joe Rhode in the Animal Kingdom years ago, and I was too nervous to go ask him for his autograph. I wish I would have had the guts! :headache:

The only famous person I've ever seen was Michael Eisner one New Years Day at MK, watching the then-new Wishes. I got a picture with him. I don't think many people knew who he was, either.

We had a Disney magic moment in December when I got to ride the monorail with Bob Gurr, yes, I rode his ride with him....I was in awe and everyone else in the car had no idea. He was going to a program at the DLH and boarded at the Tomorrowland station. We walked up and the conductor said I have room for 3 more. I took two steps and saw Mr. Gurr outside of the monorail talking to the pilot. I shook his hand and took a quick photo. The conductor asked us to find seats so we jumped in behind Mr. Gurr and sat next to him! It was an amazing "struck by Disney lightening" moment. The monorail stopped short at the DLH and Mr. Gurr stood up and the conductor outside began to motion and yell for him to sit down. He did and the monorail moved about 3 feet. Mr. Gurr leaned in and said "I would not have stopped short"...The doors opened and the conductor laughed as he recognized Mr. Gurr and Mr. Gurr recognized him. It was an unforgettable experience for my 6 year old son, my sister and I. I only wish my wife an mother in law were there as they were riding It's A Small World at the time. This is our DS next to the Disney Legend.Parker and Bob Gurr 12-2014.jpg

Honestly, who really cares about who's around them, unless they are on the FBI's most wanted list.
If I weighed as much as Chumlee does, I would probably need my own boat! So he did everyone a favor.

Haha good stuff! My wife works at that Jamba and remembers that day. She sees a good amount of famous people come through, usually always accompanied by Plaids (paid tour guides for DLR).

We saw a Basketball star once. People kept trying to get his autograph but I have NO idea who he was hahaha. He was tall... ;)

Wow. Very Cool!!! These Disney Imagineers are true celebrity to me. Actors, they're, well, just actors. Imagineers are so brilliant!

Over the weekend I saw Mariska Hargitay from Law & Order, some kid from High School Musical whose name I don't know and Lucy Hale from Pretty Little Liars.

When I was 11, I saw Jack Nicholson in Goofy's Kitchen. When he was done eating, I asked him for an autograph, he said Certainly! (in his awesome Jack Nicholson voice) and that he appreciated me being patient and waiting until after he was done. Nothing beats that, but I have since lost that autograph book :worried:
