So. Having lost 4 stone I have three weeks in Orlando in August. I hope to have lost a further stone by then at which point I will be thin again for the first time in 8 years. I have four days at HRH Club Level. How WW possible is the food? Then I have the rest of the time on the dining plan at Disney which will be a challenge but one I am familiar with and thus better able to plan for having had their dining plan lots of times. I know I will gain weight but would like to not go too mad!!!! All insights very appreciated.

It's all about portion control, right?

Does your meeting have paper trackers? I'd bring those and at the very least write down what you eat.

Club level is more like snacks. Or that's their intention. I found that as my diet got more "normal small person"-like the snacks at Club are nearly adequate for my day. Not sure if hrh is like RPR and PBH but fruit and coffee and maybe oatmeal in the morning, rarely back for lunch snack time. Generally have a veggie burger at Richters during the day. Nighttime is veggies, cheese, crackers, maybe share a pizza with the family from Sal's. We are vegetarian and the hot offerings are rarely something we eat. Cookie and wine later. :)

Great Job! We were just there in February. Breakfast should be okay. They have bagels, toast, hard boiled eggs, oatmeal, cut up fresh fruit, cereal, milk, orange juice, coffee and tea. On the bad side there is also donuts and danishes. They typically had a bowl fruit out on the desk in club level all day (apples, pears, oranges, bananas). You can grab one or two for a snack later on in the day.

The snacks in the afternoon are just that. It varied from day to day but they had small bags of chips, goldfish, Doritos, granola bars, granola mix, etc. Remember the bowl of fruit on the club level desk.

The evening reception. (5pm-7pm) Here is what they offered three of the evenings.
Chicken Marsala Bits, Arrancini, Col Fussili Pasta Salad, Vegetable Antipasto, Baked Pita Chips and Hummus, Vegetable Crudites Assorted Cheese and Crackers with select beers and wines.

BBQ Chicken Skewers, Mac and Cheese Bites, Cole Slaw, Chips and Salsa, Assorted Cheese and Crackers, Vegetable Crudites with select beers and wines.

Buffalo Chicken Wings, Sheppard's Pie Bites, Three Bean Salad, Assorted Cheese and Crackers, Vegetable Crudites with select beers and wines.

Desserts (8:30pm-9:30pm) Here is what they offered three of the nights.
Strawberry Pound Cake, Assorted Cookies

Churros with Caramel Sauce and Assorted Cookie

Fruit Pastries, Assorted Cookies

Thanks that's really helpful. It sounds as though there is enough healthy stuff to have for a breakfast that will cover me for lunch too if I take some fruit on for the day. Then the evening offerings actually sound easier to deal with than going to a restaurant, which was what I was hoping. The fact they are small will help loads. As for desert time. I think I'd just better skip that lol!!! This does look though as if it will be all the food I need so Club will have worked out decent value for me. Thank you again for your help.
