Aulani Online Check In Not Working

We have been trying to check into Aulani for the past few days and have been unable to. I contacted Member Services. It appears as though there is a system wide issue. They told me to keep trying. If we can't check in online they will just check us in the old-fashioned way when we arrive. Thought I should let others know in case they are having the same problem.

Unless things have changed, online checkin for Aulani doesn't start until 10 days out and your signature seems to indicate that you are 12 days out.

Opps. I must have put my dates in wrong to the countdown clicker. I leave for Aulani on Saturday (March 7) - so within the 10 days. Sorry for the confusion, but my original post is still correct.

Hmm. Upon reading this post, I seem to remember the same issue on a reservation there last October. Tried to check in on my phone and on my laptop the previous week while we were on Kauai. Was unable to on numerous attempts. Finally just ended up checking in on arrival, which worked fine, but I wonder if there is a real issue at Aulani with the on-line?

I am unable to complete online checkin for my March 9th
arrival to BWV. Message with Goofy comes up saying sorry my ressie is not linked up but--- I checked and my ressie is linked up.

Oh well, I will just wait until I get there.
