OOC: I don't know how everyone does it, but usually I google images something like "girl with blonde hair" or whatever hair color or characteristic I know I won't be satisfied without, and then look for something that's pretty close to what I'm looking for. Sometimes I'll look for images on polyvore, but I have an account there, so...
