Crystal Palace before Park Opening?

I was thinking of breakfast reservations at Crystal Palace for about 8:30am before park opening at 9am. I should know this, because I have camped at FW, But....Do I understand that boats do not run until 30 minutes before park opening. How do you get there? We drive to Chef Mickeys at Contemporary, Tusker House at Animal Kingdom. Haven't done a breakfast at Epcot or MK before. Any suggestions on what you did.

Well, the big boat off the left side of the Fort pier leaves about 30-40 minutes before rope drop and is designed to get you there for that.

The small boat off the right side of the Fort pier that runs to Wilderness Lodge and Contemporary and back in a circle starts about 630am. We've taken it to the Contemporary and from its pier it's an easy 10 minute walk to the MK gate.

You can drive to the MK lot, investigate busses that run down to WL and the TTC, etc...

Thank you! We are doing BOG at 1:30 on July 3 and I was thinking of adding Crystal Palace breakfast. But.... I think I will just do it another day....maybe a later breakfast would be easier at Crystal Palace, and on a day I'm not doing a lunch. Thanks again!

Depending on your # of trips to disney, being on the inside of MK before rope drop is pretty awesome. I would go try to get in early, being the only people walking down main street. We have done early events before and its does give you different perspective. Worth the price of admission.

I have done rope drop but...never been inside MK before rope drop. I do keep reading a lot of positives in doing that! I don't think I've ever read anything negative. Never had breakfast at Crystal Palace or inside MK before either. Have done lunch and dinner at CP.
