It all depends on what kinds of food you like and where you are planning on being. "Best" will vary from person to person, but these are my "go to" spots...
MK: Liberty Tree Tavern (lunch) or Be Our Guest (dinner)
DHS: Sci Fi
AK: Yak & Yeti
Epcot: Via Napoli
DTD: Raglan Road
Resorts: Boma (breakfast) or 'Ohana (dinner)

MK- Crystal Palace breakfast

Epcot - Garden Grill, Via Napoli, Teppan Edo and Akershus breakfast - all are fantastic for 1 dining credit

DHS - 50's Prime Time

AK - Yak & Yeti is amazing!

Resorts - Kona and Grand Floridian Cafe for breakfast but I'd even pay out of pocket for these. Cape May Cafe for breakfast or dinner.

we are going to disney in june. i read somewhere that the cape may cafe only has crab legs on certain nights..is that true? or do they have them everyday?

I always thought the Princess Dinner in Norway was the best "value" usage of 1 credit
